Worst service ever, I ordered for the first time on ASAP on the 22/06/2025. Captured my address and it automatically chose Pick N Pay Southgate, receive a call from the delivery guy that my delivery is not within the 2km radius from the store, how is it my problem since I didn't choose the store myself. I called their call centre and the consultant said he'll get back to me, he still hasn't and I specifically told him that I needed those items urgently, and that the only reason I used ASAP was for ebucks. Received an email that my refund had been processed and it will take 3-7 business days. ASAP service is pathetic and regret ever using it. Doesn't even deserve a 1* rating and the amount debited in my account and the refund amount is not the same😤
I recently joined naked and had to claim for my windscreen, I must say the whole process was seamless. I am very happy with their service💫
I bought 3 dandelion white, the price tag had R15. 99 each... when I got home and checked the receipt I realised I was charged R19.99 each. Which is not fair. They should double check their price tags. I'm not happy at all.

I ordered a bag online end of jan and they delivered an incorrect bag on 9/2/2016, i called them and the courier guy collected the wrong bag the same day. Since then i had to call the red square online to find out what's happening with my order. They kept on saying they gonna escalate my query. On friday the 19th feb I got a call that they are out of stock and that i will be refunded. On tuesday the 23rd I called to find out about my refund and spoke to a guy who told me he' ll escalate my query as there was nothing on the system about a refund, we got cut off and I called again and spoke to a lady who said the guy i spoke to earlier is busy escalating my call and they will call me. Today on the 25th i spoke to Given and told her about my query and that somebody said they will call me back, but I haven't received the call . She tells me she is the one i spoke to the last time and she never said she'll call me and why would she call me back because they have already escalated my query. She is very rude to say the least. I am very disgusted by her service.
I would like to thank Thulani and Christo for their excellent service. They went an extra mile to assist me in getting my dream car, and they put my needs first. Christo explained the contracts in simple language and made sure I understand every single detail. Thank you so so much and keep up the excellent service.
One of your consultant called me to offer value added service on phone subscription, I told her im not interested she told me it was for free, I won't be charged extra. I still told her I was not interested.This morning my account was debited with R138.00, I called the call centre to find out what the is for, the consultant told me it's for value adds. I told him I never subscribed for any value adds, he told me they can't reverse my money back. I want you to send me an audio proof of where I subscribed and I want my money back.
I went to trade route mall on Saturday afternoon, I had the best service. Nobantu was very helpful and friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH
