Beyond shocking experience: tardy, had to pay more than I was quoted, appliance cannot be switched on since "fixed" as it trips electricity, said they'd come back, never did (plus never had data/airtime. Arrive en masse: woman who "diagnoses", worker who says nothing, apprentice who hangs around). DON'T USE THEM spectacularly unprofessional

Closest Store: NORTHGATE Comment: I bought 2 new cartridges earlier this week. My laptop showed an error that they were both empty, so it wouldn't print. I took them back. Was then asked to come back again and bring my printer in as well. I had to buy 2 more different cartridges. Basically, I was given the wrong ones the first time, and the store refused to credit/refund/exchange. The manager needs alot of training in customer relations, her attitude leaves alot to be desired
