Woodford Car Hire will keep your deposit making interest out of it! I returned the car on the 18th of March, when I called on the 26th of March I was told my deposit was paid on the 25th of March. It is now the 3rd of April and I still have not received my refund - nonsense when it comes to getting your deposit back

This panel beater has had my car for 7 weeks now for a job which was estimated to take 9 days! They don't communicate, so you have to guess weather they are still operational or not. They don't respond to messages, they brush customers off and they don't care about the inconvenience they cause the customer. Since I submitted my claim on the 6th of December 2019 my car is still not fixed - 8 weeks later! It has been a constant struggle to get communication from the assigned panel beater (Danmar Autobody Roodepoort), I made Naked Insurance aware of my frustration yet I still sit here with a headache. The last person I spoke to at Naked was Pieter who promised to get back to me a week ago and he still has not. If Naked insurance can't manage their suppliers why do they keep using them? Naked doesn't care about claims or customer experience
First of all, Telkom blocks my account for no valid reason. My account is not in arrears, I call the customer care number, which made me hold forever, and I discover that they have technical errors and two other accounts were fraudulently opened in my name - what happened to protecting the consumer? Then I get told I must get a affidavit before I can lodge a complaint - What does SAP have to do with poor fraud detection processes in Telkom? I am unable to make calls, unable to connect to the internet - basically telkom has defaulted on the promise/agreement they made to me when I took the contract 18 months ago, yet they took my money! Please do yourself a favor and don't take contracts from Telkom - you will suffer for the entire duration of the contract!
I terminated my cell c contract more than a year ago yet Cell C has not closed my account and it keeps reflecting on my credit record. I called customer service and they referred me to their legal department which never picks up. Am I suppose to die before cell c is removed from my credit record? I don't owe them, never been in arrears yet 15 months post closing the account they still appear!
An unauthorized debit order of R117,5 from Revolving Rew (Ref: Revolvreworevolv R ********** 180501) was initiated on my account. I went to the Standard Bank Parktown branch to report this and was attended to by a lady called Boitumelo. She told me that I should reverse this and it will be free of charge even though my initial request was to stop this from happening in future. To my surprise, the bank has charged me R30 to reverse a debit order that I didn't even authorize! This is really unfair, it seems all the bank cares about is how to make more money off of me while giving me poor service!! The Bank's failure to protect me from fraudsters is very disappointing - what makes it worse is the fact that the bank's processes for dealing with unauthorized debit orders are inconvenient , expensive and definitely not customer centric.
