My Mom bought a matress at Mattress Gallery Clearwater, she was assured that the mattress would be delivered at a certain date! To-date there is still no mattress delivered only lousy pathetic excuses! It’s December for goodnesses sake, she has visitors but no mattress! Now they are saying they will loan her a mattress in the meantime! What BS is that!!!!!!!!!!!!! This mattress better be delivered tomorrow! Nx!
BAD BAD BAD service from Vumatel and Webafrica!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡 I haven’t had network and tomorrow will be day 3!!!!!!!!! No help from the WhatsApp line and live chat!!!!!!!!!!!! They’ve apparently logged a call, but I have been sent from pillar to post between the two! No progress update despite my numerous communication to them!

A company called, PDG VAF2 ran a credit inquiry! I have no knowledge who these people are and that has decreased my credit score!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The WORST service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vumatel was meant to come install fibre yesterday at 15h30! I had arranged and paid for someone to be at the premises as I was at work at the time! Vumatel did not bother to call or message! No communication whatsoever!!!! I'm still without wifi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrific service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Webafrica is not exactly being helpful on the matter!
Extremely BAD service from webafrica!!! They are quick to onboard but thereafter their customer service is horrific! I moved houses and need to be connected, I’ve beeeeeeen trying to get hold of them! I get transferred from one agent to another! I’m still without wifi! I need to be connected ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One agent told me I need to get an activation and another told me that I’d get charged R1725 installation and R1000 connection fee! WHAT for!!! I just need to be activated for the new place that’s all!!! I’m not cancelling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't under stand why banks are not understanding that we are from a pandemic, which ultimately brought loss of life in so many ways. Unemployment since the start of covid therefore could not pay for most if not all of my debts. I had a credit card with FNB, currently in arrears, off course & have made arrangement to pay it however my issue is that the outstanding amount is also reflecting as the installment amount. This is very life paralysing cause as you know in order to be hired companies look at such! Please remove that amount as an installment because that is untrue, it is an outstanding amount! It's really unfair how you are treating customers esp given the fact that a pandemic was something beyond our control!!! Please please please amend this, it is life paralysing! When I did work (which was all my life) I paid everything on time surely that history should be taken into consideration!
I requested an Uber ride on the early morning of 30th December to the airport, an amount of about R296 was immediately deducted from account but no driver arrived, the app kept saying, ‘No driver available.’ I’ve messaged the HELP support on the app and they are apparently looking into it! Looking into what!!!!???? I want my refund ASAP!!!! Such an inconvenience!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been trying to sort out MTN number with MTN since last year but no luck! I spend hours calling 135, no help there! Each time they transfer me & the call gets cut!!!!!!! The last I managed to get through, I was told that they cannot find my number or details on the system yet I’ve had a contract with them for YEARS! It’s despicable how they treat their customers esp those who have been with them for DECADES! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called MTN to request an upgrade, I was due for it earlier this year but did not take it as I did not need a new phone at the time, I communicated that I’d take the upgrade when I was ready to! I have sent an email as well, a lady called me back and said they cannot find my details on the system! It seems as though my contract was cancelled or my details were cancelled! She said she’d get back to me, still hasn’t! I’ve sent countless emails to follow up but no response! I urgently need to upgrade as my current phone has ink all over the screen and I therefore cannot use it! How do my details get wiped off or my contact cancelled without my acknowledgment!!!!
