I had a kettle which was out of the guarantee and I emailed Le Creuset who arranged to pick it up, they did and examined it at their premises and they then offered me a new kettle no charge. I have never encountered such excellent business ethics anywhere? I highly commend them and as I have a few Le Creuset products I shall in future add to my collection.
I booked two flights one from George to Or Tambo then from OR Tambo to Nelspruit, making sure that I had enough time to connect to the flight to Nelspruit. A few weeks before we were due to leave they cancelled the George to OR Tambo flight which meant we had to book the next day and at great expense (for us R2700) a hotel at the airport. We are retired and finding things extremely expensive saved for this holiday for more than two years then this happened? Their excuse is that they only guarantee from one point to another. Completely unacceptable.
I downgraded last week to compact as the premium was much too expensive the assistant assured me it would be debited on the 2nd December an amount of R459 including Showmax and it was also on my app. This morning they deducted R799? I phoned but they said that they understand but I phoned ok it was five days ago but they said unfortunately it had already been loaded, they will just allocate it to January. I said unacceptable and it December a month of expenses. Then today there is apparantly another amount of R4.95 outstanding, this is insult to injury.

Just to say I am really annoyed that I went shopping on the 2nd October and it only came through on the 20th October? It was two large amounts so its left me short this month as I honestly never noticed.
Please would you stop phoning me to try and sell me your insurance, probably an agent usually a Durban Number. This is about three times a week, I am truly fed up! Take me off your data base.
My son ordered something from the USA, it left there within a day, arriving in South Africa sometime in January, and since then he has had no communication from the SA Post office, he has traced it to Johannesburg and cannot get through to any number.
I invested five years ago and was paid the interest into my current account monthly, I had it paid out end of October and want to invest it somewhere else. Now FNB are holding the money and asking alsorts of questions needing proof. I told them that they have seen that the interest was paid monthly into my account for the past five years and they are now delaying the whole process and it will affect my interest the longer they hold it. It is my money honestly earned? I told them do they look into the *****ed politicians as well who ***** billions not a paltry amount as I have?!!! I am 73 years of age and need the monthly income!

I was just browsing through the sales items and thought, hang on, these look as if they are purchased 'job lots' I assume from China? Does Woolworths think the public are complete *****s? Look I tried to complain to their site directly but they wont accept certain punctuations and other things? Sheesh what a company! They also say very cleverly 'from 50% discount then I noticed was R399 now R300!! Come on this isnt cheap? Really the richer getting richer honestly!
