So my fiancé bought me tickets to a concert which in turn was then rescheduled and now i can't go, so they refusing to refund me cause they say it must go through Itickets and Itickets say no its for Top Tickets. How unacceptable, first they postpone, then reschedule and now promised refund with NO refund.

I have been trying to sort out a query for a year now with no assistance. I have an arrangement every month of the same amount and this month I got suspended again. When calling they put me through to people that cannot assist. Then they say its by legal but legal do not respond and NO ONE helps, this is annoying and i need my phone for work.
I have been trying since April 2022 to sort out my overcharge. I phone at least once a week and with no help. They keep suspending my account even though i pay the payment plan on time. Until such time they decide to help me. I called yesterday asking for the legal department and no one called. I am so over this . I want to cancel but they say i can't till my query is resolved, but they can't resolve the query. I just want this resolved and legal to call me.
I have been struggling with my account since end of April where they charged me R6500 for a device charge, they keep telling me its been esculated. A very nice lady i spoke to said it was a glitch in their system as they were changing systems. I kept calling to have my account resolved and they kept saying its been esculated. Today is the 30th of June and i have still had no luck, they call me and when i retell my story for the 100th time all they say is they will esculate it. I will not pay this amount, and they want to block my account. I have been with MTN for more than 10 years and always something
Their service is disgusting. They don't give all the facts and now I am sitting with a R9500 account and no info is given
I upgraded beginning March and was not told about the devise fee that was almost R7000. I was due for upgrade apparently last year Feb so how can it be. They said they listened to the recording and my claim is not valid. I went to mtn they requested the recording be sent to me. I apparently preceeded to accept it being debited all in one. Why would I do that, why would I upgrade if I had to pay that amount. No one has gotten back to me. I have to speak to a damn bot if I email them. Totally disgusted cause my phone is now cut and no one responds to help me.
I have problems EVERY month with my account, my profile says i get debited on the 25th and every month they try take money on the 15th. I get threatened with Credit bureau, I get a message saying i have been changed to cash billing without me asking. Also at least once a month one of my numbers get suspended for no reason. NO ONE seems to be able to help, they keep logging a dispute and nothing. I WILL NOT go onto the credit bureau as a bad payer when you clearly cannot do your job. I have sadly just upgraded aswell, so i am not sure of the way forward, but to my understanding this is fraud trying to debit my account on the wrong date.
So i upgraded with MTN and sadly they use Mondo for the sale and delivery if you do it online. I upgraded on the 25th of November, no one responded or let me know there isn't stock but I still qualify for black Friday special I applied for, after a week I had to call them as I was not even sure of the status of my upgrade. I contacted them numerous times with no luck, i asked them then to let me know IF I can cancel to go instore, they said they would contact me, they did, but on a sms saying it WAS cancelled I can go instore. This after enquirying if possible, not cancelling. I called, they did not know what to say and would call me back. Then I called MTN N1 city (STUNNING SERVICE) and the lady Angie assisted me immediately saying the order is not cancelled even though my sms said so. I struggled for days to get answers from Mondo, until yesterday I told them I am coming here to Hello Peter and social media for their BAD Service and for them to action a propper cancellation so I could go instore.. WHY I ask you must a person become this way to get service. The guy said to gice him an hour and all of a sudden after 20 minutes it was resolved
Someone called me today to ask if i want Insurance with MTN for my new phone and i politely said no thanks i have my own insurance, 5 minutes later i got an sms saying Welcome to MTN insurance. I then called them and it was on my number and not my phone or my name. Now it will take them 48 hours to go listen to the recording. I thought no means no but clearly i was mistaken
