<div>I am writing to share a rather frustrating experience I have had with a supplier from whom I purchased bricks. Initially, they requested that I transfer the funds to facilitate the delivery. However, it has been almost three weeks now, and despite their repeated promises, the delivery has not taken place. In light of this ongoing delay, I decided to request a full refund. The individual I was dealing with assured me that I would receive my funds back. Unfortunately, it has been nearly five days since then, and I have yet to see any refund. Each day, I am met with different excuses and stories, which leads me to believe that this might be a front to deceive individuals and rob them of their money. Given this experience, I would strongly advise against engaging with such organizations. It's essential to be cautious and ensure that we deal with reputable suppliers to avoid such unfortunate situations.</div>
I ordered and paid for bricks , i was promised the delivery will take a day or 2 , its been well over a week and still no bricks , i was then promised a refund but nothing i sent numerous messages to their whatsapp number but it goes unanswered i would not deal with such organizations stay away !!

I Have been paying my accounts on time which includes me paying double, i even closed an account this month and my credit score dropped by 19 points how is this possible and when you try contacting Experian you hold on for hours with no answer, you cannot even get in contact with the reception
Extremely irate that I have paid off my debt end July , been waiting ever since for a paid up letter and now Absa has started debiting my account due to them not receiving the letter as promised by the consultants at Brooks and Luyt ,have contacted them numerous times promised that I will receive the letter but false promises
The poor service by Cell C legal , i have been a client of cell c for the past 15 years , got retrenched last year October 2017 and was unable to pay my account , i received a call from a legal adviser and informed him i will try and make payment , but before the month of February is out my entire service was terminated , a week prior they blocked my no from receiving calls , whats worst im in the job market and this is the only number they can get hold of me on and now not even Cell C legal could get hold of me so as to update them on the payment plan , i have tried today to contact the legal department , waited initially 6-10 min was given a direct no to contact them by customer service which states 'number does not exist' thereafter contacted them again and was waiting for 15-20 min to get through , its just appauling to think after been a client for so long i have been treated this way , i am liable for the outstanding amount and wanted to make terms for payment and to retain my no as that my only contact no
Good Morning <br> <br> I lodged a complaint with the poor support i received from Wesbank Vaal Area Manager in regards to a damaged vehicle which was sold to me by a Dealership to which i barely put 500km on the vehicle . I supplied all supporting documents through to Albert whereby he took the owner of Dealership word of mouth yet he had to be neutral and unbiased. I have had no luck with him he no longer replies to my mails or calls and would like to know who his Manager is as this is unacceptable . So the minute the deal is done Wesbank washes its hands of the deal what about protecting the consumer , i have gone as far as reporting this to the Ombutsman as Wesbank cannot assist or choose not to and as i can see there are more complaints about Albert Laubscher what is Wesbank doing about him and his poor service makes you wonder if this is not something more sinister
Good Day <br> <br> I purchased a vehicle from Fouche Motors in Vereeniging, i did less that 500km on the vehicle only ti find out there was a knocking noise coming from the engine . I immediately notified the Dealer of this to which they advised i must tow the vehicle to them which i had done. I thereafter called Wesbank to ask what are my right as a consumer surely i should have a cool or period. I contacte Wesbank and all the consultants that i spoke to were not equipped to assist me, i need to speak to a manager to get correct advise. The seniours at Wesbank all advised i have between a 5-7 day cooling of period which i could excercise my rights as a consumer.<br> I go in touch with the Wesbank representative on site at Fouche who was not very helpful and said seeing that i signed the papers at the dealership there is no cooling off period so \where must i sign the papers"on the moon .<br> The wesbank Consultant by the name of Adel Fourie therafter referred me through to the area Manager Albert Laubscher. I made immediate contact via mail with Albert who advise who would assist and for the past week he has been in communication with me and the Dealer principle.but to no success"""
