I would just like to acknowledge Carol Maluleke for the most efficient and memorable service and experience I have personally ever had in buying a car. I've dealt previously with Ford and Audi and can confirm her service was to date, the BEST!! I really appreciated the service from when Carol met me right up until driving out of the dealership and not forgetting the very thoughtful and well put together snack hamper. She was helpful, courteous and went out of her way to help me with a deal on what I wanted, exactly what I wanted, and within my limits. My car was broken into for the second time in 2 months and I logged a claim with Discovery Insure both times. This most recent time I logged my claim I was very happy as I was assisted efficiently and with ease by Nontombi Tsomo from the Claims department. As this was the second time I was claiming, I found Nontombi Tsomo to be helpful and understanding of my situation and ensured my claim did not cause me any further distress.
I had ordered bras through Carefix and received them promptly however the sizes were incorrect. Liza and Natasha ensured that they sent me the correct sizes and almost immediately as soon as i reported the size mishap.<br> It is not everyday a company accepts a return, without the packaging and collects it as well as sends you the correct stock within like 24 hours and with such a positively great attitude!<br> well done Liza and Natasha and thank you for such great service!
I have submitted claims, 3 in particular since March 2015 which till today Discovery just cannot seem to understand or process. Each time I call their Call centre to follow up, i have to explain the claim to a new person as it is impossible to find the previous person who helped me. After explaining the issue to the respective agent over and over again via my cell phone (over 20 minutes each time) they finally seem to understand and say they will escalate my claims and will get back to me. I find myself having to constantly run after Discovery each week to follow up and then being more frustrated when i find out that the escalation in actual fact has gone back to square 1 where the processing people were not informed of the correct information and therefore again reject the claims whereas I should be partially reimbursed as similar claims have been previously. It is now middle of May 2015 and i am STILL struggling with feedback and the same issue with Discovery. I landed up being transferred to a Manager Tashreeq Cassim, who seemed to understand and would sort it out, only to have eventually received an email from him with all the wrong claims on it!!!again, i am still struggling
