I have been a loyal customer to Fnb for last 10 years and I work in the military. I have had such a horrible experience over the last few years with Fnb and I believe this is the cherry on top. I inquired before the time about a debit order that was going to go off on my account so I was told by customer services that I should cancel and stop/block the debit order 10 business days before the debit order goes off I then insured that I met their requirements and I gave all the information which they requested they assured me that they would not be able to debit off my account and I believed them. Fast forward the next day when I get paid the debit order goes off I have cancelled the contract so now I decide to call the Fnb helpdesk to let them know that the process was a waste of time and that they have successfully made a debit off my account. I then asked them why did this happen as they assured me that it would not happen and that they had my best interest at heart I was told that I would have to wait 24 hours for the debit order to reflect on their side before we can process the reversal and the stop of the debit order. You best believe come the next day and I request you reverse and stop the order I am then told that it is blocked by the creditor and that they cannot reverse it now my wife weird enough is also using the exact same exact same company as what I’ve been using and we have both settled however she’s a standard bank her bank has allowed her to reverse three months worth of them and I can’t even get one done. Is this service that you guys really offer for your clients?
Both my rescue animals had to go in for an operation(non elective surgery) with a surgical mass removal and bladder stone removal. I earn very little and have 2 kids, however I have both animals on pet insurance. The insurance wasn’t honest about their payout as 1/3 of the payout is for non elective surgeries, which both my animals had. The vet did not word the invoice correctly and made it a continuation claim resulting in a poor payout from the insurance. They were quick to accept the animals as if they care but it’s all a front. They want your money and don’t care about the animals.to date I have paid R16000 in cash for both operations and it has not even been a month since the vet invoiced me and the animals were out of theatre and I only owe R8000. Before discussions of a payment arrangement could be made they debited an amount of their own and cleared out my account. Refuse to reverse or make a payment arrangement, and want to know when they can get their R8000. I told them they can call me in a month to make an arrangement as I need to make a plan to feed my family. Animal loving families that can’t afford outrageous vet bills beware. This business does not care for your animal but the money you have to offer them.
Sadly no stars were not an option. I privately consult clients on their growing requirements, and I ensured all sales were directed through Hortishop. They have the audacity to hold me accountable for items returned by clients(not my problem) and when Arno one of the owners sold me 2 compressor units with missing pieces that I had to source myself. I was told by someone at hortishop it’s not their job to ensure all parts are inside the box. Literal joke. A client I consulted for was abroad and purchased more than R60k worth of equipment and wants to exchange sealed units for items in his shop he actually needs. I called to confirm the exchange of items before coming for an hours drive with my 4 month old son, just to be rejected and spoken to like I had messed up a return, only being the client that made the return, and I was accused for the state it was returned even though my name wasn’t on the invoice. With more than R400k in business brought to hortishop I am mortified by how unprofessional they were and by how I was treated. for someone who has brought this amount of business to this shop and treated this way, I wouldn’t advise anyone to spend a cent there. They may be local but they aren’t for the people. Stay woke people
Absolutely appalling service. Ordered 2 large chips bacon and cheese burger and 3 chicken mayo toasties. R350 later and not fully toasted sandwiches, chips absolutely undercooked and the burger not even out together properly. Absolutely nauseated by this experience and would definitely not recommend this fast food joint to anyone. The entire meal is thrown away to my disgust. I want no messages from this store just to spread the word of bad business practise. Thanks for ruining my families dinner flame grilled. Seems what you do best.
Called consultant for product as I am in Fishoek and bowwood is in Claremont, asked specifically if they have said product in stock and she confirmed. my 60 year old mother went to collect it just to be told they sold their last one last week. Poor service would not recommend based on honesty and reliability.
Took me 10 minutes to access this website to post this review which took 3 minutes to type. Cell c I am done. More than a month I’m running a 5mb download speed on LTE on a iPhone 12 Pro at R1350 per month. THAT MAKES ME SICK. Come collect your piece of **** device. That is all
My license disc never arrived. The complaints department through hello Peter contacted me and I said I didn't receive the package and she sent me a POD with someone else's signature on. I contacted courier it and they are about to fire the guy who handed my papers over to a stranger. Fnb has not contacted text me back with a solution. This all rests on Fnb as I paid and never received my papers. The girl who managed this page still hasn’t contacted me back. Sadly this is your issue to sort out as I never took delivery and I have the courier it driver parking outside my house harassing my tenants
I took delivery of a Huawei mate book and router deal through cell c direct just before Christmas. The router did not work and currently still doesn’t work since I took delivery. Sim was activated and still didn’t work it’s been almost 2 months and no solution. Yet very happy to debit me on time. Through the call centre to technical I’ve had many calls and many transfers of calls, one person suggested I pay for my own sim swop as the technical department said there was an issue with the sim and a security profile wasn’t activated. I am absolutely not paying this month for that and will be dropping the matebook and router off by a cell c branch today if not sorted out. To top this all off I get no callbacks to sort out the issue yet you will call me and try sell me more data when the current bundle isn’t working. Who runs this circus?
My parcel was set to be delivered last week Tuesday. I got no call or anything just to find out 3 days later after Fnb send me an email asking me if I got delivery of my updated car license disc and I said no. They sent me proof of delivery and just to found out some stranger signed for my parcel. I attempted calling the company numerous times and they didn’t get back to me. The one consultant has the audacity to tel me I should just pay for it again and the driver who messed up with my parcel has been sitting in front of my house for 2 days now. How he is still employed baffles me completely. There has been all communication from my side and non from this business.
Updated my license disc to get NATIS documents and was never called back, driver delivered the disc and drove off before I could come up. I’ve been trying to get my papers for 2 months already and impossible
