Hi Renesh and I visited Wimpy Suncoast for our first date and a part of my birthday celebration today (09/04/2023). We ordered the platter of Chicken Wings and Chips. Was a terrible experience as the wings still had big feathers on them. The meal started out perfect till we got to the bits where the feathers were on, it was a complete put off from completing our meal. The service of the waitress serving us was also a bit slow. I bought a 5lt tub ice cream in May. It was terrible. I sent an email with pictures of what it looked like but I got no response from the customer service team. Totally disappointed with them and the product.
I had a BLUE BEAN CREDIT CARD with Standard Bank. I settled my account in 2011 at the Gateway Branch. The consultant assisting me made me cut the card up and write a note saying that I want to have the account closed and sent it through to the relevant department. I tried to apply for a credit card with StD Bank in the last few days, a consultant that called me back said that I have an existing BLUE BEAN card. I explained the the account was settled and that I do not have the card but still nobody can help me in this regard.
I had a BlueBean Credit card a few years ago. Due to financial stress it went into arrears. I settled the account in 2011 or 2012 I am not sure. When I tried applying for a credit card with standard bank again the lady at the call center told me that I have an existing credit card with them.
<p>Saturday 18/2/2017, turned out to be the worst day for my friends and I. We are part of a group called SINGLEPARENTS ZONE on FACEBOOK, We decided to have our MEET AND GREET at Whimpy it was for 5 of us, the rest that supposed to show up didn’t make it to the event. </p> <p>We were seated inside for over 45 mins nobody acknowledged us or came to assist us. It was 3 of us initially, the 4th person joined us and we decided to move outside as it was cooler there. Once again nobody came through to assist us till we called for the waitress to come. She got us our menus and left. It took another half hr before she returned to take our order by then the 5th person that was joining us got there and placed an order. We were told that there was no ice cubes to give us water with. The 5th persons meal took so long to come when it eventually came it was 2 meals one of which we did not even order for. We called for the manager and he could say nothing to us. All he did was stare at us blankly. When we were done we could have walked out without paying the bill due to the lack of service. There were alot of people at the place waiting for service some walked away but there was no waiters to serve us.</p>

GOOD DAY, <br> Please can you help me. I am in a position where I cannot pay the full installment on my acc. I have made arrangements to pay R100 on both my acc via D/O. This has been going off on a monthly basis. This mornig I got a notice that they deducted an amount of R1116.43 altogether. I spoke to a consultant from the call center and have explained my situation and told her i can afford only R100 per acc making it R200. Having said this why does this amount go off. I would really appreciate it if you can help me in some way or get somebody from AFRICAN BANK to sort this out. I am a single mum, If I pay them this amount then I will have no money to buy food or pay my rent then that will put me into another bad position. I have honoured my promise and paid the R100 per acc since I made this arrangement with them. PLEASE HELP ME. <br> <br>
