Andre (Manager) pushed me off the road on the R21 today. He drove next to me in the fast line on the white line, and literally pushed me off the road. When I phoned to complain, he felt that he was justified in doing so, because he felt I cut in front of him. His registration is LT05WRGP, and he is a menace on the road and bully, because he drives a big bakkie.
**** about the upgrade and now I can't get my original contract back - have to wait a whole month for them to revert, yet they are billing me for this month!!!
I get multiple calls every day, and no matter how many times I ask them to remove my number from their database, the calls keep coming in!! They don't care about the POPI act. They get hold of your number, and just don't get the idea that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING A RIDICULOUS QUOTE FROM YOU. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!
I sent an email to cancel the motor plan on 16 August 2019. Email said 7 days to process, and it could take a month to be allocated to my MFC account. To date, all I have received is apology emails, but no-one comes back to me as yet, and no-one answers the phone! 2/10/2019
My husband passed away 6 years ago due to illness, and I have been trying my best to survive. I have 2 small children, with a small income. I have been blessed with family that helps, but things have been rough going. <br> <br> 2 weeks ago, I had the misfortune to find a lump in my breast, and the mammogram shows that it is cancerous. It is my belief that cancer should not be cut, as this allows the cancerous cells to spread. The surgeon agree's, and I have been fighting with the Discovery Review Dept to go straight to theater, for a partial mastectomy. <br> <br> They don't agree. It's not according to their \PROCESS\". I have to pay in the R2000 to R3000 extra, to go and have a biopsy done first, so that they can get the correct ICD10 code. <br> <br> And if I don't go for the biopsy, then I will be liable for the full theatre charges - should it not be cancerous enough. I'm being held to Ransom!!<br> <br> Helpful? Caring? Respectful of beliefs? I don't think so. Discovery is too big to care for the little person. The poor people, getting the wrong end of the stick every time. It's disgusting that they play God with their power to decide the fate of people. Why can my beliefs and wishes not be respected??"
I went there just after the place opened, and the food tasted sour. When I went there last night, I went into the shop instead of the drive through, and the staff were all leaning on the counter, playing on their phones - ignoring me until I got to the counter. There was cooked and packed food on the racks, waiting for customers, and no-one in the kitchen cooking fresh food.<br> <br> The food is not cooked fresh, and the staff are uninterested in helping.
So I heard about MiWay trying to copy Outsurances Outbonus by offering a reward of R1000, if they can't beat your current insurance policy.<br> <br> I took up the challenge with Lloyd Kgobe. All throughout the recorded conversation, he repeated that he wanted to compare item for item, like for like. To make sure that the quote was like for like. I sent them my policy detail from January, and when they had a look, they said that the could beat it by R50. <br> <br> I looked over their policy compared to mine, and the difference was that they didn't give the extra gap cover (to the same value). Since Lloyd kept repeating the phrase: Like for Like, I then called my insurance company to compare, and my retail and top-up value wasn't the same as MiWays. I updated my old policy, and sent it back to Lloyd to do a proper LIKE FOR LIKE comparison.<br> <br> He called me back to argue with me, then got his manager, Ashley Veerasamey to verbally attack me as well, accusing me of trying to extort MiWay. This attack and defamation of character is the only way MiWay seems to try to get their way. <br> <br> Don't bother trying to beat the challenge. They won't stick to their word an will try any and every trick to get out of it!

Emily Rabalao tried to assist, but couldn't access or give accurate information. She didn't seem to understand what was going on, or how to open and access further information to be able to answer my questions.<br> <br> When I got agitated at the information I was given, she said she would put me through to someone else who could assist, and then proceeded to drop the call. <br> <br> I called back, and spoke to MacDonald - who was VERY knowledgeable, and gave me a completely different story than Emily. I asked that Emily's Supervisor, Moses Mabunda call me back... And I am still waiting...
