My story is the same as akl the other reviewers. I am waiting for a package out for delivery in Elandsfontein but I am in Cape Town. Have contacted Skynet via Watsapp, email and telephone for the past week an there has been absolutely no response from them. I apparantly was not home for delivery but my delivery address is at work where I am from 7am to 5pm. I am out of money and out of goods ordered. I will be contacting the Ombudsman to lodge a complaint
Was billed 3 times this month. Waiting a week for my refund. No luck getting hold of anyone via whatsapp, email or phone call. I need this money to be refunded.
Hi there I just received my Edgars statement and they have a new system that you need to open it with your ID number. I tried and for some or other reason it didn't take. I phoned the Edgars helpline and I was told that my ID number is incorrect on the system and that I would now have to send a certified copy of my ID to some or other email address in order for me to access my statement. I think it's ridiculous that I have to go through all this PT after someone on their side made an error. I want my statement.
Due to circumstances, I requested a payment arrangement from Nedbank for my credit card at the beginning of Dec 2018. I got a reply from a H. Lekone on 04.12.2018 stating that they we had to finalise the agreement. On 09.01.2019 I sent another mail to find out if the payment arrangement was effective. I did not receive any reply. I sent another mail to the same person on 15.01.2019, still no reply. I received a mail from Nedbank on same day stating my credit card is now in arrears and that I have to make payment. I sent another mail this morning and guess what? Still no reply. This is pathetic.

I did an online upgrade for my cellphone. When the delivery was to take place, the courier was hijacked. Now I have to wait till the insurance pays out. What has this got to do with me? I can't cancel my contract because I've applied for an upgrade but I don't have a new device. Please sort this out
