I have sent through proof of payments and it has not been allocated, it's over 5 business days, I was told it takes 2-3 business days. I have been handed over to the Macrobert Attorneys who do not assist me and who insist my account is in arrears even after I have sent them the reference number and name of person I have sent the proof of payment to.. I have not had any feedback from standard bank despite my numerous emails and calls. I need to be assisted as soon as possible as the next debit order is about to go off whilst the account is in "arrears" yet it does not have any outstanding amount. It is the fault of standard bank and the attorneys to not allocate my payment timeously and yet still demand me to make a payment!
Unprofessional company wanting to ****** money alongside standard bank who is harassing clients to make payments which have already been made and insisting these payments are in arrears! I have sent through proof of payments almost a week ago to be allocated, I have continued to follow up with Standard bank, iv had no response! I have a reference number! The attorneys act in such a way to treat clients like ********s yet it was negligence on standard bank to not update the records and hand over accounts to this company who send emails for clients to pay up the entire vehicle amount not just the installment!! This is not the first time I have had a problem with this company and standard bank! They do not check their records but just harass clients for money that has already been paid!
I made two payments for my vehicle to standard bank on Tuesday last week, I emailed them the proof of payment. They then handed me over to their Debt collectors for the same amount. Upon speaking with the consultant it was said to me that I'm responsible for it showing as late payment or missed payment on my credit report yet I paid on time. Standard bank till today has not allocated the payment after several emails, they insist I contact the debt collectors to resolve the issue. I'm extremely disappointed in this. I will not be held accountable for any late payment or missed payment on my account due to standard bank and their debt collectors in capability to allocate my payments
I walked into Truworths Dundee store today and was extremely disgusted by the type of music they had playing in store. It was vulgar and rude with profanity and I was very uncomfortable as they were older people there. Is truworths no longer a family friendly store? Thank God I did not have my children with me because it was nothing less than pathetic while the staff members were dancing to it!
I have made a withdrawal on 18th April and have not received my funds as yet. My husband has received his from other betting companies which he withdrew over the weekend. I have contacted them, they don't answer on their landline number, WhatsApp number does not exist, the chatbot does not respond. I have emailed them but a simple response with a reference number and no solution was received. I'm extremely unhappy with this and I will be deleting my yesplay app with immediate effect and not use it again.
I app**** for a laptop contract on the 7th September 2024 after receiving an sms with a special, I called in and accepted the offer and they told me it was approved and I will receive the delivery during that following week.. Today is the 20/9/24, I have called in over 6 times for feedback as I still have not received it.. Each and every time it's a new issue.. One person told me to wait till the end of the week for an sms to see if it was approved.. I'm extremely unhappy with this service as I'm a cell c customer for many years now.. I have been to the store and asked them to check for me, they say there's nothing showing on their system.. How can a company approve a contract, promise to deliver it in the next few days but it's going to be the 3rd week now with no feedback at all
Good day. I visited the Wimpy restaurant today, I had first entered and taken my daughter to the toilet thereafter proceeded to walk through the restaurant to the other side of it through the second entrance /exit to the play area and taken my seat. I waited approximately 15mins with no service nobody even acknowledged my child and I. I gathered my things and went to the entrance where I explained this to the manager who did not even apologize to me but Infact made it seem like it's my fault I was not seen as they too busy and can't see everyone, then bluntly asked me so what's your order.. I was shook by this service as we regularly visit this restaurant. I would of stayed to order if she gave me better service or even an apology so I told her no and I turned around to leave the restaurant when I heard her complain about me and say how ridiculous I could be and carried on as I walked away. I did not return back to the restaurant as she was very rude and I was shocked by the service.. I will never return to this restaurant again. Not long ago at this restaurant a waiter hit a customer and the police where caller in,this place needs to be investigated!!!
Lewis stores put my name on credit bereau for a missed payment and account in arrears when I have NEVER missed a payment as it was on debicheck and my account is actually SETTLED and PAID IN FULL! My homeloan was declined due to this false information. No assistance from head office even though they said the matter is sorted and it's been removed from ITC. No response to my emails asking for feedback! I require urgent assistance!!! I'm not the first person they have done this to according to the branch where I opened this account. They are just putting wrong information and ruining peoples lives that are hard working!!! Pathetic!!!!
Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. Handed me over for R299 of which R130 was supposed to be credited to my account ecause I cancelled the netstar go service monthw ago which they continued to charge me for. They then cancelled my monthly debit order without even consulting me then hands me over to Nudebt lawyers who constantly harass me for this amount! Nudebt doesn't answer their calls nor reply my numerous emails where Im explaining my issue. They just ignore me but keep forwarding the same letter of demand daily plus smsing me for this money. Eventually netstar tells me to pay the entire R299 then they will try and credit! So I'm supposed to pay for something I cancelled months ago and they still charged me for?? So im paying for something I dont owe ?! Legal department at netstar is confused they just dont know how to deal with and talk to paying customers!!! I never want to do business with them ever again!! Iv even requested a settlement letter from them which till today iv never recieved! Pathetic! 1 star is too much to rate these people!!
I have won and my withdrawal is pending for so many days. I have not received any confirmation message that they will release my money. I called the contact center it says they closed. Theres no direct email for them. Absolutely no contact details whatsoever.
