Placed on Vodacom page as well. Totally unacceptable service from Vodacom and RAM. Due to Vodacom placing incomplete delivery address and incorrect contact number. RAM could not deliver phone. After spending about 3hrs being pushed from "pillar to post" being direct to AI generated call center. I was told I'd get phone today (next Day). It was confirmed with RAM that I would get it, in the morning only to be told at 14:00 that it won't be. That 2 days wasted and probably all.my airtime. Never use online service again.

After a very disappointing meal we had a few month ago at Farramere. We had another meal last night and what a fantastic improvement for us, in service and food. Well done guys.
Trying to get hold of Standard Bank ***** is a "joke"! 5 hrs waiting on the phone and still no responce! And then they have to audacity to say whil you are waiting that "reporting ***** is an urgent mattaer"! I acnnt even get through to get a ref number!

Refer to previous review the positive experience continues. After meeting with accessor within about 2 hrs got the call that claim was accepted and shortly after that the panel beater called to set up appointment the next day. So, from lodging claim to dropping off car was less than 3 working days! Holding thumbs for quick quality repair!
What an amazing experience I had a small accident and logged the call online. I had hardly pushed send after filling in the claim form under 60 seconds, and I got the call. From start to confirming appointment for the assessor I think was 15min!🙏💪👍

Takealot handling of a faulty goods retun is very poor. I purchased a "blow up bouy" and on reciept it failed to blow up because of a hole. I rturned it imeadiatly, requesting a replacment, Dispite them stateing a 5 day turnaround have still had NO information. I've had to contact them and even then they take more than 24 hrs to respond!
