I am very disappointed in the service i received from your Canal Walk kiosk branch. I purchased biltong and wanted to add the special of R100 beef pieces and receive R50 droewors. The lady working there said, sorry we close we cannot provide you with the deal. You busy serving me but you cannot provide me with the deal??? Just because she was being lazy as she was packing the biltong up as i am standing there waiting for service. I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. I am disappointed.
I am so disappointed in Woolworths! I spent over R600 on groceries (the dash app) and the groceries were not delivered even though it showed delivered. I contacted woolies numerous of times sitting almost 3hrs waiting online for someone to advise me on my order. After eventually getting feedback they just said I will be reimbursed and not caring about the inconvenience being caused. I called them on day 8 (working day) to find out where my money was for them to tell me you must wait 14 days. Guess what it's officially over the 14 working days and to date I have not been reimbursed. Woolworths has taken my money immediately and refuses to credit me back. How's that for customer service???? They are pathetic and I'm so dissapointed in their supposed to be good brand.
I always buy my nando's from the tokai branch but this time i was so disappointed. I walked into the branch and the service was terrible firstly, the floors and tables were all dirty. I walked past every seat to find a clean one. I had to eventually call a waitress to clean. The look she gave me was terrible customer service when i requested the floor with chips all over to be swept. I continued to order two cheese carnival burgers but guess what they refused to put cheese on a burger which should contain cheese. To top that off our drinks arrived after we ate because i had to get up from my supper and follow up on our drinks. I have written nando's tokai off after such ****py service.

I purchased a cardigan from Truworths Man, this was purchased as a gift for a friend. However, i purchased it earlier reason being it was around a time i was in your shop and i liked it for the gift. Looking at the size it really looked like it would fit and i purchased it. However, i gave the gift two weeks ago and it was returned to me since it was too small. Reason why i couldnt bring it back in time was due to the fact that i was bed ridden for a week. When i returned the cardigan your employee was unfriendly and not even willing to hear my side of things.</p> <p>You guys left me so dissapointed and now a few hundred rands poorer. You guys are stealing hard earn cash by doing this to me. I want you guys to remember i am a consumer and i have rights. <p>Order number: ********** 58287, I placed an order a week ago and used express door to door delivery. Till today i am still waiting for my order! i emailed you directly with this problem no body gets back to me! i also emailed them to help me change the delivery address as after i paid it saw it automatically saved the MRP store address. I asked if they cant use the billing address they told me no without any help. you guys charged me R45 for delivery and i am still waiting for it!!!!!! AT this moment i want my order and my delivery money bac****!! I dont understand why you guys expanded your website if you cant keep up with your orders! instead of getting better you guys or getting worst. that was my previous complaint and till today i am still waiting for a call! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!</p>
