Poor workmanship. I referred Adams Doors to our complex as they have done previous work for me. I regret that decision. Adams Doors has numerous personal issues when asked to fix poor quality installations and likes to play the blame game. Blaming everyone else but not taking ownership of poor quality workmanship and products. They installed a door with incorrect brackets, another door did not close and they said it is because the door requires an electric motor to be able to close. Another door blew out of the brackets. I will never use Adams Doors again nor recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Virgin Active and signed up as a member. After signing up, I realised that Khosi Matime the sales consultant gave me the incorrect information telephonically. I sent her a message and she does not reply to my message. I then contacted the branch that I was signed up at and Mandlankosi who says he is the branch manager at New Market says he'll phone me back and conveniently does not call me back. I phoned again today after not hearing from Khosi or Mandlankosi for three days. This morning I left a message for Simphiwe with Drew and still no one gets back to me. It is regrettable that the service to sign up is outstanding but yet there is no after service when Virgin Active supp**** the incorrect information.
Excellent service. I receive regular updates on the order status and delivery is always the next day.
Love the date squares and chocolate brownies. We purchase them to resell in a coffee shop. Delivery is always the next day and you know exactly when you are receiving your order as you are being updated regularly.
I placed an online order with New Generation Hydroponic Farms in Walkerville on the 15th of May 2024. Six days later I sent them an e-mail requesting for an update on the order. I tried calling them the next. No one answers their cell phone. Only a voice message to notify you that they cannot take calls during business hours. It's been 8 days without any feedback or order update.
Please be cautious when ordering from www.zenvo.co.za I have placed an order on the 30st of November 2023. Have not heard anything from them. There is no contact number on their website as well as no response from their e-mail provided on the website. I suspect that this is not a *****ulent company.
Saying that we are disappointed with Sage would be an understatement. Maybe Sage has a bug or a virus on their system as we get duplicate invoices on our side, bank accounts don't balance. We have been trying to sort these occurring issues since November 2022 and as soon as one duplicate is sorted another new one pops up. Bit frustrating. We have been a client for 18 years (started with Pastel Express) and have decided to move our accounts to another platform.
One of our deliveries to Randfontein never reached the customer. We first tried to sort out this with Fastway and eventually asked them for a claim form as the parcel cannot be tracked. Due to the delay with this we were now told by Priscilla from Fastway Couriers that because a month has lapsed, they unfortunately cannot assist us. We asked Sibo from Fastway to please go to our customer and see if he can assist with tracking the parcel. when he arrived at our customerhe was quite rude and had to bring it to the customers attention that he is in fact the owner of the company.<br> <br> Priscilla's mail response to our claim was : \As you are aware
It is sad to see that ADT just demands payment from customers and when requested cannot provide you with a detailed breakdown of your bill to proof that you owe them money.<br> <br> On the 21st of May 2013 I requested a breakdown of account from Shantel Zanberg at ADT after they double deducted and on some months deduct two or three times the agreed contract amount.<br> <br> Someone from ADT contacted me again in April 2015, this lady was so rude and threatened me with legal action. <br> <br> I again asked a breakdown of account from Donovan Paul at ADT in April this year to be able to see if we do owe them anything, but no reply.<br> <br> On the 10th of June I received a sms from ADT stating that they are now handing me over for Debt collecting.<br> <br> I have proof of all correspondence mailed from my side to ADT as I always keep it to cover myself as I know that there is a lot of unprofessional companies out there that always provides bad service and attitude like this. What a pity. <br> <br> I will gladly pay the R200 if you can provide me with a breakdown of account, but since you are not willing to assist me with this, I cannot pay you.
