How terrible can one be. On hold for over 45min during office hours when I’m the 1st person in line. Clearly no one cares about customer service.
Great service from quotation to installation. Their support team understood when I needed my IP range changed to match my CCTV range. Good uptime, minimum outages.
Struggling 2 days to reactivate my line after payment. i made 4 calls and reached out to your facebook DM but there is no assistance. Account number - I5208285-2
Useless customer support staff. I have been trying to cancel my builder and Ctm account but the is no response for thier cancelation /closure team. What more do I need to do. There is also no direct line to cancel or close the account. Please assist. gmogane@gmail.com
<p>Good day, I have an existing vodacom prepaid number. I signed up for a Samsung Z2 contract to move my number over from prepaid to vodacom. The phone was delivered with a new sim card and a new number. And everytime i call in( Spoke to Reitumetse Mofokeng) they keep telling me its not posible to use my old number. i am not willing to take a new number. Either i keep my number or they mus collect their phone and reund me and i will find a new service provider that will meet my needs.</p>
I applied for a cheque account online( during march), thinking it will be more convinient than going to the bank. A lady called me to complete the application process and switch my debit orders. I got an sms notification that my debit orders have been sucessfully switched. I never got a confirmation for a card application. When i called in to check if my card has been delivered to my desired branch they branch told me there is no card application. and i should visit any of their branches to order a card. I went to Balfour Mall to order a card and they said their systems are offline and they will do a manual application and will get back to me. But to this day no one has contacted me. Today i called their call centre to query the card application Firts their IVR system asks you to enter your details but every consultant i speak to asks for my banking details. why? i spoke to a few consultants and go transfared to their card division which said they do not see any card order, and will transfare me to the relevent division to order the card but got transfared to the main number that asked me to enter my details again. Can this be resolved or should i switch to FNB.
