Good day, I am writing to follow up on an urgent matter I reported via email last week regarding identity theft. Despite my initial communication, I have yet to receive any response, which I find highly unprofessional given the seriousness of the situation. Since my last message, I have continued to receive SMS notifications relating to traffic fines that have been wrongfully issued in my name. I would like to reiterate that I am a victim of identity theft, and a certified copy of my ID was ******. To date, I have received three fines that were issued in Pretoria using my personal details. These details appear to have been *****ulently used by an individual with the following information: Vehicle Owner: Abdul Ms Address: 4 Flora Road, Valhalla, Pretoria, 0185 Vehicle Details: HP46GSGP, Van Body, 25500kg, White MAN Contact Number Provided: 021 933 0697 I have also obtained an affidavit confirming the identity theft. I urgently request that these fines be thoroughly investigated and removed from my name, as I am in no way connected to this vehicle or the person involved. Your immediate assistance in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated. I have not received a reply, and I have never been in Pretoria, nor have I owned a van. Yet, these officers, employed by the state, issued the fine incorrectly, using someone who has been operating under my ****** details.
Nsfas situated at fores**** is rediculous. I app**** last year for funding, i was requested to submit a it34 form which i did, i even recieved an email from Katy Buys stating my funds were being processed. When i went in to check some of the staff laughed at the situation and their collegue because she informed me incorrectly, how unprofessional. So when i first did the application i was under the impression my parents details was required, but then another lady who waa very helpful Gadija told me that i jst needed my it34 form as im eligable to apply on my own. I did this all in due course and within the given time frame and yet they closed it after it was escalated stating that i failed to submit my moms it34 form. Can someone please make this incompetence make sense. If i sumbitted mine and was told after i sumbitted it that it was approved , how then when i went again into the office to follow up it now had to be escalated as someone did not do their job correctly. If anyone is clued up to assist please reach out to me, because something is not adding up. Im appalled at this missinformation, been given the run around and there has been no resolution. Make it make sense.
Good evening i was at your Clicks store in Waterfront and my brother and i walked in and needed assistance. We saw one of your staff members who works in pharmacy walk pass and we called him and he blatantly ignored us. We called him the second time only for him to tell us his in a hurry. I still asked the tall darkish gentlemen with dreads on his and a mastache across his lip what about customer service and he mumbled and kept walking. How disrespectful, im appalled that people like this is employed at your company. My brother eventually got another staff member, a guy by the name of Yonela and he came to assist us and even took his time. My question is what will happen to the other gentlemen as im seeking an answer before i take this to social media. Because if Yonela could assist us why couldnt he
Wow the experience with the open air cinema and even the helpfulness and friendliness of staff at last nights event held in kirstenbosch amazing, the vendors food amazing and reasonably priced but the only dissapointmemt i had was their liqour vendor. Please explain how you charge 40 bucks for a beer and think thats a reasonable mark up. Thats triple what a 500mil can costs and its rediculous. If those cans cost approximately 15 bucks how and who allows this type of thievery to take place. Common guys we paying for an amazing experience and the other vendors were reasonably priced so where do you get the gaul to charge people triple the amount because 2 cans equates to a 6 packs money. This needs to be revised because a 10 rand mark up is more than suitable in my opinion so im actually disgusted and dissapointed in this regard. Three tins costed us R145 bucks nah gents this is daylight robery and you know it for a fact. Had it been a extra ten bucks added making it 25 bucks a can you would have still turned a profit. I am disgusted.
I dont understand why i have been handed over when this account was cleared and i disputed it numerous times. I sqaured up this account a month before the contract was ending. Now how am i paying for someones incompetence at a Telkom store that didnt close the account as i was told it would be done, also the service has been bared never been used yet you still increasing my bill its insane.
