I would like to share my disbelief with the type of customer experience big companies like these are providing. Logged a complaint and submitted docs in November 2025 to date no feedback. It seems like no one exists in that company to assist a client with a complaint. Utter disbelief with no feedback. One can follow up every week and still be ignored. Total energies kindly be kind enough to respond to a complaint that you created.
Dear Telkom. Your service has dropped to below pathetic. I am with yourl for 36 years and the level of service is shocking. We pay exorbitant fees for your service that half the time is down. When we call in you don't have a supervisor or a manager in your company. You have now increased your fees without notifying the customer. I have has nothing but grief from your company. I will be looking to change my lines immediately. I can no longer pay for a service that I don't receive in return. Please get your CEO to call me so I can tell him how customers are being treated. Thanks
Pathetic service. I have been waiting until October 2022 for a solution to my query. Went into the store in Feb again and complained. People don't value their customers anymore. Absolutely pathetic feedback and service. Do you not take your customers seriously Makro?!?!? I don't ever buy items from them.
Telkom your life network is the worst I have experienced. I have reported issues for 2 weeks ina row and you have done nothing. I am paying for a service that I cannot use and I spend more time on the phone talking to your consultants and logging issues than I do using my service. I expect you to sort this issue out asap.
Never have I dealt with such a big company like Makro with pathetic customer service. You spend 1000s of Rands and you get 0 assistance or feedback when you log a complaint. Do not buy from them.
I am utterly disgusted with the way King Price treats customers. They find reasons not to pay but does not have reasonable grounds to exclude damages. They then tell me that a client must prove how it happened. What nonsense is that. A brand new vehicle paying a ridiculously high premium and this is how you are treated when you need insurance the most. Let me not even start with the zero feedback and zero procedures they follow and have. You are basically doing their job. I have never been this unhappy with an insurance company. Will not insure with them again. Where is you treating customers fairly policy?

This is my second complaint with no feedback. The service I have received for the premium I have been charged is pathetic. Sahl shows poor service and has constantly given me a run around.
Stonebridge library has a security guard Stele that owns the library. You call in they tell you they close at 5 they have sign saying they close at 5. I got there at 16:35 and was greeted with unpleasant facial signs as I had a few copies to make. The "owner the security guard" told his fellow colleagues in Zulu I have a bad attitude as I merely told him I know how to use the machine he does not need to rush me or watch my every step. He then 5 min later came back to rush and grinned sarcastically as I was still copying. YOU DO NOT OWN THE LIBRARY YOU CLOSE AT 5...I will not let this go I will report this as people are treated very badly there. People are not doing us any favours we pay for the services.
