Different premium on the documents

Spoke an agent on the phone confirming my insurance but he didn't send me the policy documents, red flag I want to cancel immediately can I be urgently called to cancel I'm going to call my bank to block your debit orders before they even begin ... plus I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews I'm scared I'm sorry

Not happy
The constants are nice friendly and helpful until you claim , your emails and WhatsApps will be ignored, you will have run after them... I'm currently in search of another insurance company, I'm going to cancel my policy with pineapple, heir service is trash, they always say you can only judge an insurance when it comes to claims

Worst agents ever
If you want peace of mind don’t use this agent for buying, renting and leasing out . As a tenant after doing the move in inspection you never hear from them, they won’t fix anything, they will ignore your calls and you must fight for your deposit. As a home owner if you leave these people to manage your property. Your tenants will be treated like ****, in turn you will also suffer. Their service delivery is worst the owners name is Kevin. Worst real estate agent
If you want peace of mind don’t use this agency, for buying property, renting , or leasing .stay away as a tenant after doing moving in inspection, you will never hear from them again, they won’t anything and you’re lucky if you receive your deposit. As a property owner asking them to manage your property is a waste of time and money you won’t get value for money, they treat tenants like **** and I’m turn you will also suffer

Nonsense service
My contract ended and I called and requested that it be canceled. Instead of cancelling it your retention administrator put it on month to month contract, and he lied and said to me it will be on a zero rate what what and I won’t pay anything.firstly I was charged for that conversation an amount that I was not told about on top of that my contract is not canceled.. do you know the inconvenience you cause us. His name is Sfiso Mntungwa, and now every time I call I’m told I’ll be called back but I never receive any calls. I want my contract canceled now with immediate effect
