Fast and efficient service by the consultant
Wow .... a company of this magnitude with shocking service. Complaint sent in Jan and Im still waiting for service from poor quality products I purchased.
Im abasolutely appalled by the service from Clicks Customer Service ... a whole department dedicated to Customer Service yet nothing ... On the 07th of Feb I sent and email of defective products purchased after having the same issue consecutively. They requested images and information of the purchase which was supp**** on the 09th of Feb. To date all I get is lies saying someone will come back to me 48 hours. Im not sure if Im stuck in a time warp or many 48 hours have passed me by since the 9th of Feb
I am so impressed with Dimakatso Mokwena from Retentions Department!!! Wow!!! I called in not very hopeful with my request but today I am very happy with Miway because of her. She handled me becoming irrate so well and tended to my every request. This young lady deserves the first promotion that comes along as her expertise will make her a good role model for other employee which will be wonderful for this department. Dimakatso - thank you for your outstanding service, please keep it up and you will reach the stars♥
Its unfortunate that Telkom doesnt have any available email addresses for me to send this too; I want written proof based on my past interactions with Telkom. I recently did a credit report and to my surprise my previous telkom contract reflects as defaulted!!! I have proof on my debit orders that all went through. I want this attended to urgently or I will have this matter taken to the Credit Ombud.
Telkom I have had enough of you! I will be reporting you to ICASA You have messed with the wrong little person!!!!!
Telkom, You have made me cry for MY MONEY, you offered me no service, made me pay my hard earned money for YOUR LACK OF COMPETANCE and now making me beg for 7 MONTHS FOR MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic! Now I have had enough now - I will not be one of those people that get fed up with your tricks and let you keep my money, sorry Telkom not happening with me.... Sies !!! Not paying people you owe money to - Sies !!! Shame on you for a big company cant pay back R700 you owe!!!
Telkom you service is utterly pathetic from staff at the call centres to the supervisors! I have been waiting for a refund of my deposit since May!!! Ask for a reference number and I could probally break the world record for have so many for one query from one company. Whats even worse is the people who handle the accounts department! i get a bill every month for a service I dont have .... keep in mind I was bullied into paying for a month of no service. I am so tired of explaining myself to Telkom staff as they do not assist me .... not one of them. A company that takes your hard earned money and makes you cry .... I do not want another reference number what I need is my MONEY BACK FOR YOUR LACK OF BEING ABLE TO OFFER ME A SERVICE!!! if this is not resolved I will be going to the ombudsman as this is certainly not the time frame it takes to resolve a query.
I wasnt going to say anything about this but the more I think about it the more my stomach turns. We ordered fishaways from the umgeni road branch on the 11th of October - immediately after eating I found 3 scales fro the fish in my mouth!!! Immediatley I vomitted!!! My partner and my sister conformed that it was scales from the fish. Really fishaways what care do you take to ensure that the fish is cleaned???
I'm really disappointed with the packaging on my 8 hour cream. I kept wondering where i was getting a sparkle on my lips from only to realise the cap of the tube has a silver trim that is peeling off.... To think I have been ingesting this paint! I have only had this tube for about a week! Please explain Elizabeth Arden????.... Didnt expect this from you.
