I wish there was a -5 for service. I have 2 cartrack devices installed in my vehicle, and they completely drain my car battery, I have had a mechanic confirm this especially one particular device. After a tremendous struggle to get them to resolve the issue, i thought it was fixed. And then the very same problem occured this morning. Left high and dry with a dead battery. After speaking to several consultants, one of which argued with me that I am not on their system, because my registration and ID does not appear on their system. I must be confused she said, maybe its not cartrack but Tracker. I have only been paying Cartrack for months now, how can I be mistaken. After the fourth attempt I asked if they could not resolve the issue asap, or maybe help send someone to help me out and get my car going, as this is a Business vehicle and my livelyhood. They will book a technician, and that will take 4-6 days, as the technicians are booked in advance. So no assistance if you're stranded in this safe country like South Africa. And I am Bound in a contract that I cannot cancel unless I pay the completion of the contarct, and for the ******* devices that is *****ing up my car. A brand new battery which is now damaged due to their incompitence. Thank you Cartrack. I will not recommend any service, devices or solutions from Cartrack as they are the worst company to deal with, with the worst customer service.
The Worst customer service from Cartrack. Had a Camera and tracking device installed recently, and found out that the device is draining a brand new battery flat in a few hours to the point where by car cant start. A week ago I contacted cartrack to send a technitian out to fix the problem. Several days later I get a sms that the logged fault was cancelled because the technitian could not get hold of me. Had no missed calls on any of my numbers. Three days ago I logged the fault again and got confrimation again that it was logged. I decided to follow up after not hearing from a technitian, only to be told that they can only have a technitian available to come out on the 3rd of March. Two weeks from now So I can be stranded at any time with a flat battery for the next two weeks. I also had to pay a mechanic to confirm that their camera is the fault, and when I spoke to the Consultant on the first time I called they also confrimed that the device is having issues. So now I must wait with a battery that continues to go flat, and probably damaging a brand new battery. And unfortunately I am bound by a contract
This must be the most *********** company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had an account with paygate on an older website, and when I updated to a newer website I had to get a new Merchant id. Which I did. Paygate never closed the old account after numerous requests, and I am still battling to get it done. Each time I get told it has been eascalated, and a month later when I follow up again, the same thing. No one has a clue what they are doing in that company. Benathi, Kaylene, Yazeed are a few of the people I have dealt with, and they all are full of promises, but nothing gets done. It literally takes months to get a simple task done through Paygate. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Have some pride on your work!!

Just had an interesting conversation with a very arrogant representative of Payfast. I have been registered with them for many years, Recently I have updating my website and wish to integrate Payfast on to my platform, which Payfast does support, but not the newer versions. so they are currently about 5 years behind. When spoke to the consultant, I wanted to find out if they will be updating their plug in to the newer version of my web platform, which he replied that they have not been notified. When I mentioned that their competitor Paygate is up to date, and that maybe I should contact them, unless they can help me out, he just said ok contact them. So first of all this guy has no loyalty to his job or company that he works for, and also no respect for their customers. Great job PayFast, you just lost a customer.
Cell C just decided to renew my contract without any consent or correspondence. When I spoke to a rude consultant, I was requested to go to a police station to get an affidavit to say that I haven't renewed the contract. I have my own business, and I do not have time to go and stand in a que to do this. Are they going to reimburse me for the business lost while I have to stand in que for their incompetence. How is it not possible for them to review the contract, and see that this was not signed for, or any consent was given to renew this contract. I thought calls were recorded? I have to send a plethora of proof to renew or upgrade a contract. never mind the 20 questions they ask to confirm identity. How is it possible they still make these mistakes. It's just a ploy to get you stuck in another useless contact and to charge you for cancellation etc.
I have been due for an upgrade for a few months now. A few days ago I finally had a chance to contact them to upgrade. Just for them to tell me that the upgrade was declined. How, why? They said they would investigate the matter, and get back to me the following day. I still didn't receive any feedback from them. I have been a customer with cell c for over 10 years, my bills get paid via debit order, and never missed a payment once. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, then I would want nothing to do with them. Their customer service has become poor, their network service is just as bad. they take it upon them selves just to migrate your account to Vodacom, which in my area is even worst reception. Just another failing company joining the rest of the incompetent *****s that have no care for their customers, and no idea how to keep a company at heir best. CEO's stealing money, ridiculous bonusses, and in the end left with a useless company that can't deliver what they promise their customers. But do you dare cancel your contract, and you will be penalized like there is no tomorrow.
I received my new card from Nedbank almost a month ago. I tried several times for them to link the cards to my online. Not even any one of the numerous consultants I spoke to could help me. Spent a lot of time on the phone with them, two weeks later still no joy. No feedback, updates or anything. According to them my cards was activated in the bank when I collect them, but tried to swipe a few days ago, just to find out the cards do not work. Been a customer with Nedbank for over 20 years, and lately their service is getting worse and worse. Looks like its time to find a bank that can actually give the service we pay for.
Telkom has absolutely no customer support at al. Can't call them, their website is useless, you leave a request to be contacted, no one contacts you. This is the most pathetic service ever!!!!
I have to give a review to these guys. We live in Meyerton, and have been regular visitors to On The Rox since they opened their doors. We never had a bad experience there, and in fact we left feeling happy and satisfied. Staff is always friendly, food great!! On The Rox is dynamic, innovative, never boring, and a great place to spend time and just have a enjoyable visit. Good Job Guys, keep it up!!
