Not everyday you get a service that ticks absolutely all the boxes, well done 3D Unique.
The most unrewarding experience I have had in recent times with a supplier. Due to my own error I made double payment and have tried get a refund in vain. Promises were made, forms were completed, but still I have not been refunded. Communications are absent. This is a very unfortunate management issue, as the customer relation person has tried her level best to assist me but is bound and limited seemingly by dismal internal issues and poor management at STEP.
I have had a number of unrecognized charges on my Uber account. the app allows one to report this. but I got a default answer saying this is a temporary hold. This charge did not dissapear as they said it would , and after reporting it 3 times Uber are now ignoring me. WATCH OUT for Uber this company makes fraudulent charges and does not respond to enqueries. When making travel arrangements in South Africa, do NOT rely on Uber they will make you poor.
Im truly impressed with Banggood. I ordered on 19Dec and got it 31 Dec 2021. I got the right product, ahead of my expected delivery date and all in 100% good order. Ill definitely use Banggood again

Metrofibre have dug up the sidewalks in and around Rooihuiskraal in Centurion and abandoned the trenches. At the time of this writing it has been 3 weeks. Grass i starting to cover the excavated soil. They offered a free Termination point, but when the installers came, they dug into my water mains. This is to be expected form time to time,but how they tried to repair it horrified me. They tried to fit a 25mm coupler to a 28mm pipe, when that didnt work they tried insulation tape, this of course failed then they tried regular irrigation pipe. I have since chased them away and had a qualified plumber fix in 10 minutes. Warning the free TP is not worth the trouble.
I am seldom moved to go to the trouble to write a review, but sometimes the experience is so exceptional that I feel obliged to do so. On Tuesday 28th October 2020 I went to The Southdowns Cappuccinos. I mistakenly understood the menu and received a dish with pasta, when I though I would get Zuchinni strips. I went to the manager to clarify and she politely showed me that in fact the dish has pasta. So I sat down and resigned myself to eating the pasta. Within a minute of sitting down the manager came to me and said that she cant have me eat something I didn't intend and asked me to please reselect my menu choice and there would be no cost or problem about it. I feel this is exceptional and mention-worthy. I visit Southdowns Cappucinos regularly and am never disappointment, but this is the best example of exemplary restaurant management and etiquette I have ever come across. Alas I have forgotten the manager lady's name but she knows who she is.
When I first saw the bad ratings on Hello Peter I was hesitant to do my purchase but I needed the goods during this COVID outbreak. I am very pleased with the service. My order took 5 working days to get here. Communications with ParamedicShop was a bit slow but given the circumstances that is understandable. I thsu give them 5 stars for delivering under such difficult circumstances. They even amended my delivery to Door-to-door for no extra cost becasue the alternate delivery would be shut down
