I am beyond frustrated with these people. For almost 2 months now, I keep getting emails to provide proof of insurance, I have sent this multiple times, I have also asked them to call me as I keep getting SMS's and emails. Now I get an email to say Wesbank has taken out cover on my behalf!!! I refuse to pay anything extra!!!!! Pick up the phone and call me!!!! Check your emails!!!!
These people are the most pathetic courier service I have ever come across. 3 days spent trying to get hold of, quite frankly anyone, but no one answers any phones!!!!! Vodacom need to reconsider their choice of courier, because, this will make me cancel my contract with them. Where is my package?????

I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and serious concerns regarding the handling of my insurance policy and recent claims. I updated my details in July 2024 after moving, as expected of me as a client. However, I discovered multiple issues on the updated cover document that negatively impact my insurance profile and status. My two current claims I am disputing, they were rejected- so why am I even paying for cover? I cannot accept this reasoning.
