I booked tickets on the 16th for the family members. I paid the R18720 immediately. I was debitted again on the 17th, deductions were made from my account without my authorization. Who gave SAA Auth in to my account? This is *****ulant. I want my money back. My emails are not responded to. I don't encourage anyone to buy tickets online, your money will be ****** by this airline. They rob people off their hard earnings.
I visited Soshanguve Crossing branch on the 18th around 11.30. I was assisted by a guy called Marcus. What an ********* behavior. First he makes comments about my bank balance. Then he starts asking me personal questions such as where do I work and where do I live. He made concerning comments that I have money I'm not like others. I honestly don't feel safe after that encounter. I'm scared I may either be ****** because of this guy. He was busy on his phone I wonder if he was not already sending my details to ****s. Old mutual is about to have. A big bank. Can people trust such people to handle their money? With such behaviour? Should anything happen to me, old mutual will be liable because of this employee.
I sent my daughter to purchase a bed and head board at Thorntree Fair price. She uses my bank card because she is buying the staff for me. She found the furniture. After money was deducted from my account and reflected to have been paid to the store. The sakes person told her the transaction didn't go through. On my side the bank has deducted an amount of 4800 while they say it declined on heir side. They then said they will give me a letter to get a refund from my bank. I asked them to send it by email because it's my bank account. They sent a letter saying the transaction was unsuccessful and the bank must see a receipt. I called and asked them to give my daughter the receipt they are referring to on email. They said there is no receipt, thy will change the letter. I had to go to the bank and ask for the money to be reversed. What an inconvenience, this has never happened in my life of buying staff.
Security woman at the mall ruined my shopping. My child was pushing a trolley. A security woman came and abused my child telling her she will rest her for pushing a trolley like she was pushing it. Really, an 8 years old? In stead of looking for ****s who rob people in the mall security at the mall goes around abusing kids. A security guard with red lipstick I wonder if she will be able to even run after ****s. I don't think I'll ever go shopping there ever.
I waited for a delivery for more than 10 days after being told that it Wil take 3_5 working days for Rain purchases. They never call they just send messages. I called they arranged for delivery 28.09.23 between 10am and 12pm. I waited still and after 12 a message instead of a call tells me they are delayed. After leaving the office. I'm called by my colleague that they are at the gate. The delivery guy is so rude. He made the delay my problem and refused to bring the parcel where I am. He was rude and disrespectful made it seem like my problem when he can't do his job timeously. Th call cntre also useless they don't consider costomer first and professionalism.
All I wanted was beds for my kids, all I got was pieces of wood and Uninstalled furniture lying all over. The bunk bed looked good in the store, including the bedroom suite. They looked good in the store, until they got to my home. The bunk bed remains unistalled after being told they forgot a piece of the part to complete the installation. As if it's my problem. This is horrible experience, o regret buying from the store Im not enjoying anything instead I'm stressed with pieces of wood all over. This is disgusting.
I have the worst experience of service with this insurance company. I lodged a claim on the 19 October 2020 after being involved in an accident. I was sent a promising message allocating Lesego Molusti as a person who will help me through out the process. She called asking for pictures of the car and some documents which i sent. The next day she called asking that i send an accident sketch and my ID copy which i sent. The service was promising a lot. on the 21st October 2020 i then received a call from a lady asking exactly what happened and i gave the details. Since then i haven't heard anything from the company regarding the claim, i have to call them in stead. On the 26th October 2020 i decided to call them after dropping them an email on Saturday without any response. I was told that the claim is withheld by service documents which were requested from a company my car was serviced. I told the guy that i have the documents and asked why were they not requested from me or maybe if i was informed i would have assisted without any delay. I was told to send the documents. I sent them later that day. On the 28th October 2020 i decided to call again as PMD doesn't bother informing clients about the progress of their claims and i spoke to Lesego Molusti who told me that the claim is out of her hands it is with the investigation officer whom she tried to connect me with and failed and promised she will call back. I waited for the call the entire day and as usual I was not updated on my claim. It seems Lesego did her work and once it came out of her hands I'm being left in the limbo without any feedback. I'm really disappointed with this company I regret the day I left my previous insurer for them. My car safety is at stake as the boot doesn't close, I wonder what will happen if it gets stolen with them busy taking me from pillar to post with a minor accident. I wonder what will happen once I'm involved in a tragic accident as they are not able to assist me with this minor incident. I'm terribly disappointed in their service. The only thing I want is to be told if my car will be fixed which will confirm if I have car insurance or I have been lying to myself. They promise less premium and good service, the price i pay is less with no service at all, rather pay a big premium with good service......
My husband bought building material on Saturday 21 March 2020. The reason we went to this store is because we once had a good experience, however this time we are receiving no service at all. The material had to be used on Monday and he requested for delivery to be made as soon as possible. They promised they will deliver before the 25th March 2020. Monday 23 March 2020 we called making follow up on the delivery out of frustration as our project is on hold because of the material. We were told that the material will be delivered today 24 March 2020. In mid day today 24 March 2020 we called again and we were told that the material will be delivered today. After 2 hours we decided to call again only to be assisted by a rude salesman who said the delivery will be made the following day of which is 2 stories from 2 different sales man at the same day. I'm asking myself if we have to be treated this way as if we bought material on credit. Even if one bought by credit service should be given according to the requisition. If only we knew this would have happened we would have taken our money else where surely we wouldn't have to wait for material to be delivered for over 3 days.
<p>I bought shoes for my niece at Soshanguve crossing on the 22 October 2016. When I got home she tried them on they did not fit her. I went and looked for other shoes as the event was near and we couldnt wait for the weekend to return the shoes. Today 30 October 2016; I went to the store and asked for refund. the cashier assessed them and asjed for authorisation; another lady came and looked at the shoes and asked me when did I buy them. she then left the till and came back telling me that the shoes were worn and they can not be refunded. I explained that that the shoes were not worn they were just fitted. she said th a her manager Gontse says they were worn. would I wear shoes and try to return them; if they look work it means I got them in that condition. If Gontse thinks I'm one of those people who would lie to get money back; money is not a problem. The problem is having shoes that do not have anyone to wear them. where must I take this shoes now?</p>
I entered the restaurant at around 20:10. There was no waitress at the door to show me where I can sit. I chose a table and waited for 15 minutes without being attended to. I could see waitresses coming in and out as they please and still no one came and asked if I have been helped. After 20 minutes I decided to approach a lady at the till and asked her how long should I stay before being given a menu at least. I could not continue sitting and eating after begging for service and I decided to walk out. I don't see my self going to any of there restaurant or encouraging my friend to.
