Clueless - Extremely Poor Service and Gym Transparency Momentum have cancelled all legacy gym memberships and made access to gym impossible. Its only Virgin Active sympathy with members that is allowing access. Absolute joke.
Owes me around 10k, no doubt there's many others in same position "All shipments from my supplier are on hold. I am trying to make a plan by selling my own collection. But nothing happening at the moment." No purchase order numbers No feedback / replies Facebook page goes thru to his wife and you wont get any kind of meaningful reply there either. Same formalaic answers every time you do really hound him for answers. I literally do not know what to do at this point as he cannot provide answers for anything..
I had a 30-day car hire with my car being written off. Car was 2 hours late on return. No call in advance or anything to say it had to be back at X time or day. When i collected I waited an hour in their premises as the car wasn't even on site. Charged an extra day and a R380 valet for a bit of dog hair (very little) in the car boot. They are out to nail you. Disgraceful. Wasnt given a copy of my contract either. Very unfriendly check-in lady also. Will never let my insurance company use Europcar ever again.
I had money refunded to my Standard Bank credit card on a transaction 3 weeks ago and Standard Bank cannot provide any answers despite proof of payment and emailing and discussing this with numerous people. Hopeless situation. I don't know who to talk with or what to do, nobody ever gets back to you.
Covid loan / paymnet holiday from FNB / Wesbank has become a complete nightmare and farce. They opened 2 additional accounts for me, payments i make disappear into a black hole and then the first call i receive is from debt collectors who say I'm not paying my monthly car installments and make up huge amounts that I owe !! What is going on. What is going on and how do i sort this fancy accounting entry (that makes zero sense where i cant even see my transactions), out. I need help
I keep asking Momentum to call me through the website portal without any joy. Guys I'm not going through my login every time and posting an enquiry because I have nothing better to do with my time. I have questions i need answering. Call me please man
They will never call, they will never read your email's. but they will send you cut-and-paste emails referencing your policy not having a clue what they are talking about and not caring to learn OUTsurance the 3rd party i have under control, both them and their driver are compliant in the accident and admitting liability. The problem is my insurance company Santam. They are so awful, I need insurance to protect me from them. How FNB / First Rand Group who hold 8 of my policies can endorse these guys to provide me with insurance is beyond me. FNB should be ashamed ! Santam can't insure.
I need someone from Wesbank to call me, I've tried - been passed from pillar to post to voicemail. I need to understand the product Honda finance sold me. Firstly its not an access account which i asked for. Secondly its a fixed interest rate which i wouldn't have agreed to. All these interest rate cuts and I'm paying the same. Not happy. Acc. This use to be safe portal, now it's just scam artists and fraudsters. Even Investec said that my proof of payment looked legitamate. If they send a driver and not in person or suggest to do so - say NO.. Gumtree for flips sake, you need to put a proper disclaimer on your website.
Wrote FNB / Wesbank 3 letters, banker 1 letter. Phoned call centre, tried everything through banking app, online banking. FNB / Wesbank make it impossible for me to get COVID relief, despite starting the process 4 weeks ago.
