I ordered online on the 6th of March till to this day I have not received my order. This is not the first time this is happening, 3 months back they separated the order and it took a whole 3 weeks before receiving the remaining order. Your service is pathetic Ackermans.
Vodacom it’s me again, I have been complaining ever since I took a contract with you last year November. The contract stipulates that I should be receiving airtime and data on monthly basis, but to my surprise none of that is happening. I can’t even purchase data or airtime. I had to buy another phone so I can be able to make calls. You are deducting and increasing monthly payment as you please. What am I paying for? I would like to cancel my contract. I’m not happy with your disgusting service I just want to part ways with you so I can have peace in my life. You have no regards for your customers.
Vodacom it’s me again. What I am supposed to do to get assistance from you. I reported this matter in November but it seems like you don’t care about your customers. I regret taking a contract with you. You’re the worst service provider. My number is still suspended for what I still don’t know but you keep debiting my account for what?? I asked you to send me the breakdown of what you are charging me for even today I have not received anything.
I took 1 deal for 2 on the 28th of November, the SIM cards stopped working the 29th of November. I have been calling almost every second day, even today no one knows what happened and why the numbers are suspended. When I called on the 29th of November I was told they will escalate the matter to their ***** department, I’m still waiting for them to resolve the matter with no contact from Vodacom with the progress or just a simple update. Im frustrated and disappointed with their service.
I have been your client since 2018, I'm so disappointed with your service. My premium is R119 yet yesterday I was debited R924. I have other debit orders that needed to run but they couldn't due to your greed. Refund my money.
After calling and sending emails numeral times regarding a reversal that was supposed to be done 2 days ago, your consultant Sheila Ntuli advises me that you cant trace the payment and there is nothing that can be done. I'm so disappointed at the level of your service . Does this mean I lost my money since your consultants are unable to do their job???
Good day My contract with you expired in November but I see that you debited in December. May you cancel the contract. I tried reaching you but your landline keep directing me to your WhatsApp channel which is very useless and frustrating.
I did a laybye with Greenstone branch. I have been trying to sort my payment issue with them since October. I made a payment in October but I was told it not reflecting. I have sent them numerals emails with proof of payment but no one cares to service me. I wasted a lot of airtime calling them only to be told to wait for their call. Even now I'm still waiting for them to call me.
I am so frustrated, I bought R100.00 airtime on Saturday (25/09/2018). Immediately after buying the airtime I received an sms saying ' DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER, WE RECEUVED YOUR RECHARGEREQUEST AND APOLOGIES FOR THE PROCESSING DELAY . YOUR REFERENCE IS MR001HZ344. Even today my recharge request is still being processed.
I found out in November that Edgars decided that i need their classic club magazine, they authorized it without my concern. I am being charged R34 every month for something that i don't even know how it looks like. so i sent them a complaint in November even today i am still waiting for their response. meantime i don't know what do with my account whether to proceed paying these thief or not.
