Today again I tried reconnecting our holiday view- I’ve tried via WhatsApp, my Dstv website, email, phone and eventually via Facebook. What a joke- the system is so good at referring you elsewhere and yet nothing works. I’m still sitting with a system that is not connected. It would be interesting to know what multichoice pays some tech company for their worthless systems.
Im a first time client and purchased a deal from Wikideals during last week - the end result being that I thought the deal was cancelled as no acknowledgement received. In checking my bank account yesterday I notice a credit to my account but no voucher or acknowledgement received. I have tried both emailing (undelivered) and phoning with no response. I would appreciate some feedback please, even if to say this is one big con.
Why does MultiChoice persist in being such a problem child! I use the WhatsApp function to Reconnect the holiday house option - which usually works fine, however if I select for 3 days it is never automatically suspended and when I try and then use the WhatsApp function to Suspend suddenly the chat box has a problem or does not understand my request? How is this possible - none of the previous contact numbers work - so how does one then go about suspending a function and not keep running up costs? THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME
Beware the Buyer - how many of us actually check that what we have ordered and paid for was actually delivered when sending a gift. My unfortunate experience with NetFlorist Cpt - when sending a plant and sweet treat as a birthday gift and the friend sending a pic as thanks but alas with no sweet treat included. Very difficult to follow up with Netflorist as no phones are answered although two numbers provided and absolutely no feedback via the online communication channel provided. Very sad that this turns out to be just another of the great South African scams being perpetrated on an unsuspecting public. I have used them through the years but never thought to double check what was delivered - I definitely wont be back again.
<p>I enquired about vehicle and home insurance from Outsurance and for the better part of a week they were constantly on the phone to conclude the business even promising that the vehicle I wanted insured would be inspected at my home (this was confirmed). Once the final telephone call was conducted the debit order was deducted from my account immediately. On the day of the appointment to inspect vehicle I waited to no avail, The day after I immediately cancelled the policy (6 January 2017) and was promised a refund in 14 days. It has been a month and I have still not been refunded and emails not being responded to. What does one have to do to get a response out of them?</p>
I entered into a contract with Vodacom in January 2015, this contract was cancelled early February and the devise returned prior to end February 2015. The notification for cancellation was not effected and as a result debit orders for February, March and April continued to go off. Finally in May the contract was cancelled on Vodacom's side and I have been trying since then to get my payments refunded. Generally the calls go along the lines of 'you have to speak to our accounts depart - you have to speak to the legal dept - you have to speak to cancellations - you have to speak to etc etc' and round and round I go because 'no we don't deal with that we only do credits
