Had wanted to cancel my policy due as I wasn't in a good financial position and Rose assisted me and informed me of other options that are available to me. I am over the age of 35 and desperately need a cancer cover especially as a black women and I'm delighted that I was able to keep my policy despite my financial difficulties at this time
I haven’t had wifi connectivity since the 9th of March. My account is paid and yet I cannot use the very service I am paying for but instead have spent money on mobile data and airtime to call Vox. I have 5 open tickets, none are closed or resolved. I sent daily DMs on Twitter and get new reference numbers but never a resolution. I call and get told the technical team is busy and will be called back and a week later, no callbacks. It's frustrating to pay for something when you aren't get the service. 2 months of no wifi and yet my debit is going off??? What a horrible company with horrible customer service
Bought a bed at the north riding branch on the 8th and received my delivery on the 9th. Was impressed with the speedy delivery and the assistance of the staff at the store. But what they failed to do was communicate that they will delivering wood with no hardware. How am I supposed to assemble a bed with no hardware??? I have sent an email to no response. I mean, if they charge the hardware separately then they should inform the customer before they make the purchase. I’ve been a Decofurn customer for years and have always been happy with all my purchases, even online purchases that I only see once delivery is made but I suppose all good things need to come to an end or maybe the North riding branch doesn’t care to check before they dispatch. Thanks for the expensive wood that I now have to buy hardware for.
I don’t think I know a municipality that is as incompetent as this one. We have been receiving an incorrect bill for the past 3 months, with an amount that makes no sense. How is a house with 4 people being charged R15 000 for water usage for just one month? There are no leakages, we have taken metering readings to the office countless times and there is never a resolution. You get sent from pillar to post with no accountability. On the 2nd of June I was told that the meters were changed last year and that could be the reason why the readings are incorrect and that it will be looked into and someone will revert to me and my family. Nearly a month later and we have received no communication. You call and no one picks up and when they do pick up, you are transferred to a line that NEVER gets answered. We are being scammed by the municipality and getting no assistance when we question the authenticity of the water bill. I’m really frustrated and angry at how innocent people are made to pay large amounts of money.
I bought a box of wine from pick n pay via the online shopping channel. The order was delivered on time as per communication; however, I found 2 bottles of wine missing from my order. The box of 6, only had 4 bottles of wine. I have tried calling their online shopping help line but the line rings without any answer. I sent them an email but was told someone would be in touch. I am highly disappointed that someone stole 2 bottles of wines that were fully paid for on time. Order no, 25543459. I am disgusted and disappointed that a company of such high caliber, that encourages social distancing would use their online channel to rob consumers of what is rightfully theirs, especially when payment was made.
Thouroughly impressed with the Corium skincare customer service. Placed in an order on the 15th and it was delivered on the 16th. Speedy and professional. Website is also easy to navigate and not cluttered. Love the new packaging
Blocked a lost sim card. Called the customer care line on saturday after finding the sim. Was told to go to a telkom store and do a sim swap. Told to take my proof of residence, R35 and ID. Went to the waterfall mall branch and was assisted by a racist woman suzan nel who kept on referring to me as \you people". Asked her twice to stop calling me that and said \""you people want things to be done for you\"". What kind of service is that? I walked out the store"
