I had a query regarding my December debit order and thought I'd reach out via the WhatsApp icon on the Pineapple website, expecting automated responses. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Pineapple less than a minute after sending my message. Sibusiso was the friendly and polite agent who assisted me, resolving my issue efficiently within 2 minutes. I'd like to express my appreciation to Sibusiso for excellent service.

I placed an order on the 04 December( 3 ITEMS/Christmas Gifts) and to this day I still haven't received them. I completed a " ticket" twice on their website as there is no other way to contact them, I even sent a message on Facebook and there was an automated message. I am so annoyed and disappointed as at this rate, I won't receive my items before Christmas. Buffalo logistic sent 1 email to state that the items will be shipped and that was it. Had I known, I wouldn't even have bothered.

This is the worst courier company ever, my parcel from Shein was received at their warehouse on the 25th March and I haven't received it to this day. From the 28th it's been saying on the way to your city but funny enough, its 2 weeks after that and I still haven't received it. They don't pick up their phones. Shein must just find another courier because Buffalo is clearly failing, dismally. If there was a way to boycott this company I definitely would and I know a lot of people who would be happy to join me.
I spoke too soon when I said my faith was restored by Standard Bank's BenCare Kgomotso Pooe. He made promises he only kept for 2 months, and now I am back to square one. The beneficiary care department does not pay my child's monthly annuity timeously. I haven't received her funds for Nov, I called Kgomotso on Friday and he said he would call me back to provide feedback and he never did, and then did not take my calls when I called. I am so sick and tired of this bank, If I could, I would move my child's trust fund to another bank. They simply don't care. I have made numerous complaints prior however it seems they provide 2-minute solutions just to shut you up. They make all types of promises that they cannot keep. Standard Bank Trust Beneficiary Care is a big ****. You have to think for them in order for things to happen. If you don't ask, It doesn't happen even though our deceased loved ones entrusted them to ensure they make things happen because that's what they are employed to do. Don't care about the child, it's fine but do your damn job!!!
