My first time staying at a complex and my experience has been nothing short of appalling. From application process I could see the red flags where I had to constantly follow up. No sense of urgency at all. I have now put in a notice to vacate and 2 weeks later no one has gotten back to me, even after numerous attempts to contact them.

There’s a man that works at the head office in town who has ****** me of my money, R2800. His name is Keith Van Wyk. He is not taking my calls or emails. It’s pretty ironic for such a big bank to have such people robbing us. Apparently there’s many others he’s ******
After been given the runaround by Nedbank call centre, I decided to go to the branch and the service I received from Rendani in Woodmead was amazing. She went the extra mile to ensure that everything is sorted out. Thank you for all you did Rendani
Southern Sun Elangeni I’m so disappointed in their booking and check in process. Things are not clarified from booking stage and even communication received after. Traveling with babies and having to encounter such is the worst. Could’ve done better for my family

Spoke to Janine on Wednesday who confirmed that she has booked for my phone to be collected and fixed on Friday morning. Friday morning I call and they say it has not been booked but they then ensured that it will be picked up and fixed on the day. I told then I need it back by 14:00 and if they can't do that then it's ok I will take it else where. They fetched my phone at 10:30...13:00 they say the phone hasn't arrived, they track the courier guy and apparently he said he will drop the phone with them before 16:00 I kept going back and forth and 14:45 I still do not have my phone. THEY DO NOT STICK TO THEIR WORD AND DISREGARD URGENCY
Last minute bookings turned into a great weekend of being taken care of even though we didn't stay at the River Lodge. At 23:00 Paul helped us find accommodation for the weekend by contacting all surrounding lodges as they were mostly fully booked. After endless calls he succeeded and invited us over the next day to show us around.<br> I would recommend this lodge to anyone wanting a peacefully getaway. Beautiful lodge. Beautiful rooms. Friendliest service I have received.
