I have been struggling with Renew-It Bedfordview to the last 1.5 months. They refuse to call me back, I have paint damage on my car, and my Mini stickers has still not been replaced since collecting the car a week ago. Miway promised on the 29th of June to look into this and give me feedback, NO feedback received. I am actively looking for a new Insurance Company.
I am not receiving any response from Renew-It Bedfordview. It has been such a stress since dropping my car off for minor repairs 1.5 months ago. Lerato never calls me back, and today Kyra also didn’t call me back. The receptionist Thando is the only one apologizing for nobody calling me back and telling me what is going on. It’s been more than a week since I collected my Mini, and they still haven’t come to put the stickers on my bonnet as promised. I have white and red paint mark damage on my passenger door, and unable to talk to anyone at the branch or getting a reply on my email.
If MiWay advises you to take your car to Renew-it Bedfordview, insist on another repairer. You will wait unreasonably long for minor damage with no explanation.
I have been checking the online Portal for three weeks, and my estimation date was set at collection the 30th. Today the 29th I get a text that moved that date to the 14th. This is for minor damage on my car. When phoning to speak to my service Consultant Kyra, I’m told three times that’s what estimation means, without being able to advise on why the delay, but I will get a call back. No call back received and phone again, then being told by Thando that Kyra is not my advisor anymore, I need to speak to Lerato who is not available. Still no call back received. And never received any assistance in the three weeks from Kyra. When I was told by my insurance that I need to go to Renew It Bedfordview, colleagues advised me of their bad experience with them, contact details are available. I will be contacting my insurer as well to log a complaint.
Went to the Cell C Store in East Rand Mall on the 19th of March, wanted to upgrade to the new I-Phone, I was told by the lady behind the counter they have no I-phone deals. Received a call from Cell C Telesales, told them I wanted to upgrade, was told it's not his department. Received another Telesales call on the 29th of March, the lady upgraded me and said I should have the phone in 5-8 days. Three weeks later I phoned and no one can tell me where my upgrade is. I speak to cancellations department, and is told some will phone me back in a day or two, now it has been more than a week and still no assistance. Don't know what to do to to get any type o service from Cell C, utterly disgusted.
I paid upfront for home cooked meals, when I didn't receive my meals on the 26th, my calls was ignored from my landline, WhatsApp, Cellphone, Voice Notes from myself and my husband. On the 24th I also didn't receive my meal because I called at 09:00 to change the address that's 6km from the original delivery address, because it has already left for the day an hour before. Now it makes sense that the salads are mush when I receive it, as it has sat in a warm car all day until I get it at 14:00, the delivery cars are in terrible condition. This business is stealing from their clients by not supplying the product.
Placed an online order and paid in full on 13 December. Not one phone call or email received in regards to communication or status of our order. We have tried daily getting an answer on their number 0877401800, with no luck, held on for 20 min+ each time. Not sure what to do, are we ever going to get our order? Or have we been scammed?
I have been trying to get my call answered for the last two days. Yesterday I called about 10times, once on hold for 40minutes, now I have been on hold for 20minutes so far. I have also put in two complaints on the FNB site, no one has contacted me either. What must I do to get assistance?
