I am writing to follow up on an outstanding refund from Netcare Kingsway Hospital. I have not received any feedback or updates since January 2026. Despite my previous emails and submitted documentation, I have not received a response regarding the status of the refund or a timeline for when the payment will be made. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update as soon as possible?
I placed an order 26 Dec 2024 23:57 order number #20645083 and my delivery was meant for 08:00 - 08:30 jiki jiki my order arrives 30mins later after I called customer care line complaining. 2 items were not packed and one 1 item was incorrect. emails for 2 missing items were sent back and forth with a lady named Nicole Egeonu and i was asked if I can collect my items or advise on time for delivery; I responded that they can deliver my items because I'm not going to spend my petrol when I had paid for delivery for items. So who must spend more money for their *********** inconvenience? 27 Dec 2024 23:25 I get an email on a refund to my wallet for the 2 missing items after I responded for them to deliver. LOL Kore you undermined me, but if it was a direct person based on information, you would have jumped. item 3, is still in ???? or being investigated by Ongeziwe Gegenga. So after the previous 2 missing items stunt, my rage is high and So help me Lord knows what I'm going to do tomorrow if my correct plant is not delivered or my money is not refunded directly in my bank account. BECAUSE GUESS WHAT, ?????????? I deleted my account as i nolonger want to deal with such pathetic services. For peace sake I want my plant or my money back and come and get your stupid bamboo plant from my house by 10:00 or thunder will strike at PnP Hypermarket Princess Crossing Roodepoort
Hi I'm saddened to say that. we went pass Florida yesterday evening to collect my kids from their grandmother and went to KFC Florida since I had returned from my business trip. We get home as we reside in Lindhaven and find that we were given two burned chickens. I'm not sure whether this was done purpose because it was late and that we were black customers or what. My husband did say that he saw the lady removing this meat from something else and putting it in our bucket. Again meaning we were either given a left over from someone else as thr chicken was not take out of the warmer. And having to make the comparison the chicken we normally buy at Wilro Park it different to the chicken we bought at Florida as I had experienced an issue with the KFC in Constantia near flora clinic earlier this year. Can I get an explanation why were given burnt meat especially at that time of the night. I'm a very unhappy customer and this bad service has to stop because we not doing anybody a favour. I placed an order online on the 25 Nov 2022 order number 1240864861 - 65" Hisence TV - JVC Soundbar - 32: Sinotec HD TV 30 Nov a received an sms that my items were dispatched. 02 Dec 2022 my order was our for delivery. The Courier came into the house and already had something to tell me, he said i don't have a full order but i was only given the Hisense TV, i said to him today you needed to deliver the TV and JVC Soundbar. He then said he doesn't know, he made a call to lord knows who and that person apparently advised him to leave the TV and he will come tomorrow (03/12/2022) to deliver the soundbar. I asked him for the waybill of what he delivered, he said he cant leave it behind as the order is not complete. he then left. on the 05 Dec i made follow up calls regarding my order and i haven been taken from pillar to post and nobody seems to have an answer regarding my order and what is the status progress on it. I waste my own time and money contacting you and nobody has the remorse to show concern instead everybody doesn't know what is happening with my order. On Friday 09/12/2022 the remaining items were supposed to be have left meaning out for delivery by DPD Laser and out of nowhere i get an sms that they couldn't deliver my order with no explanation. 11/12/2022 i yet make another call to find-out what happened to my order and again nobody seems to have an answer for me. I have distasteful experience and the manner my order is being dealt with has no priority non-whatsoever. I need this matter to be finalized and closed, i'm more than willing to go and collect my order if need be
I laid a complain on your company website last week, till this day i haven't even received a call nor an email with some form of feedback. I take it its your company conducts to allow employees to disrespect customers and not offer assistance
So at exactly 14:06 today we went to go buy 2caramel cup swirls with my colleague. On our way back to the office she complains about the ice cream being off and I said to her it must be your taste butts. As we arrive in the office I then start eating mine and indeed its off. As now I had to rush to the bathroom vomiting due to expired milk sold to customers. I'm now sick my stomach is uneasy because of this. I want to drive back from Longmeadow to Sunnyrock but my time and wasting of my petrol will be too much for just a 39.80 ice cream. I have the receipt and well unfortunately the ice cream is in my bin. I have pictures aswell
on the 8th of October opted on the 12month premium special for R849 and sent in SAVE to 39208 and received a call from 011 767 0774 and i remember constantly asking the guy if i would receive an email confirmation of my subcription and he said no theres no need i will see on my statement. so i eventually upgraded from Catch-plus to Premium and 29 October my services or all my channels were gone. i called on the 30th and 31 October wanting to know whats going. A some lady advised me that im on a plan which is for Compact subscription and told her what happened and she told me she will escalate my query i should receive a call back with 48hours its the 4th of Novemeber and till this day nobody has called me. Hi PnP Online I made orders online on the 10 Aug 2020, and i was so disappointed when i arrived at PnP Mulbarton on the 12 Aug 2020 and my order for the Avent Classic spout cup 260ml girl R 169.00 order number #0025640116 and i was charged R 175.57, neither-less i was given a 125ml bottle with no lid was told that's the bar-code of the 260ml which i argued to say its impossible. I wan my refund for that order as i didn't accept it because its not what i ordered For order #0025639678 for R 167.97 i was also charged R 174.51 i want my difference paid back. I ordered my food via Mr D at Steers Bedford Centre, i only request no Tomato to be added but the burger only had the patty, gerkins, the bacon slice i requested as an additional and the BBQ sauce. The burger didn't have lettuce and unions, no cutlery as per my request, no salts were added to season my fries and the food was cold. They are not worth even 1 star rating. at 11:46 I was cashing up my transaction Pick n Pay Florida where I had purchased 3x packs of fresh ox liver and amongst other things. I get home af approximately 12:30 and my husbands gets ready to prepare it only to find that is bitter sour. So Pick nPay you now resorted in selling expired food and the waste of my money to travel and have that liver thrown away. I need someone to tell me what the hell is going on here The newspapers would love to hear this I'm sure
