I app**** for a Visa on the 13th of Sept for my children and I and recieved them on the 18th of september and on the 20th of September i was really in Dubai. I thought i was ****med after i read the reviews and even requested for a refund and called my bank for ***** but it was very real that my Visa came out. Yes the back and forth was what made it feel like a ****. i submitted docs that i had supp**** on whatsapp over again on email My suggestions is to rather stick to email versus whatsapp as the agents on mail understand english better. They tried to get me to buy their insurance which was daylight ******* and i refused and supp**** my own and the ask was either they refund me...or submit my insurance ! imagine travel insurance costing R2500 when you can get it for 799. Flights i bought my own though their prices were exactly the same as online Now accommodation they really doubled the price. .they wanted 4000 AED for property going for 2100 AED on booking .com. I enquired why it was high and they said due to hidden charges which was not true.I obviously arranged my own Accomodation and activities after that. which again their prices were exaggerated...imagine payimg 580 AED for a hot air balloon that costs 175 AED. The other was my childrens Visa details were swapped around, so they had to fix this .Luckily it was done in a day before i travelled i did get my Visas, but trusting them was a problem for me on their costs. The guy whose number is on the contact details seems to be professional though. he helped me the most and would pick up calls

I signed up with Dotsure for cheaper insurance moving from Miway. This was a big mistake. The wole journey has cost me more before a month has even passed. I got debited twice for products i did not agree to, my mony has not been returned since. I got so spammed in my mail box and had various consultants calling me for teh same thing that that i would have already provided. The calls and emails are so ooomany but lead to NOWHERE. Then they have this tracker that you need to be stuck with for three years..meaning you will be stuck with dotsure for three yrs else if you leave ealrier you are then forced to pay for the tracker or to go on a month to monthfor remaining months, They dont explain this in the beginning Dotsure is an expensive and time wasting experince honestly. Please just return the funds just as quick as you did when you incorrectly debited my account and please donot call me again or email me a bunch of letters leading to nowhere without that being done. Out of the bunch of letters, policy wanst eveninccluded so i still had to log onto their website to retrive my actual policy! whats the point?
Despite their excess fees being high, i really enjoyed how professional they are. Now im stuck with Dotsureand their unprofessional ways
Standard bank staff and its systems are so incompetent. I could write an entire season 1 series! A simple change requiring me to update my contact details to enable me to use internet banking has been horrific and expensive to say the list. Both branches Cresta and Northgate and the internet banking department have dismally failed help me link my card to my new device and new number. Its been 5 days and noone at standard bank is able to complete this simple task! Matter of fact they offered me to pay for a new card! why should i do that when its their systems at fault? The entire system doesnt work, you have to change browsers the whole time, then there is irritating voice assistance that speaks on s loow volume that keeps prompting you for voice commands jst to end up using keypad anyway! you wait on a call for more than an hour -- and when the consultant picks up, the phones get dropped. i have been on teh phone since 8 till 11 -- gong through this vicious cycle Standard bank.-- this is ridiculous..month end is the time things need to be more efficient, but it never is lately whether its month end or not
I had an experience where I was trying to downgrade my services and This was not happening for about two months. I ended up being requested to pay for services i had not requested and my connectivity was unfairly cut of yet I had paid what i had been quoted during the various calls. Most agents would pick up the call and hang up and never call back. I was fortunately professionally assisted by Karen Padavattan and T. Mti. in the time being whilst i await to get my case resolved 81164493i541 = Tanya TAMSNA , the point of escalation told me they would listen to my recordings on the calls to prove that i had requested for downgrades but she was totally unhelpful and never called back..it has been a terrible experience but there are still some agents with good customer service ..My ref number for my ongoing case is 81164493i541. Their whole whatsappp bots system does not work and is a complete waste of time and money. Does the wrong thing do not trust it
