Amazing service received from MIT Mak motors, they assisted me with my vehicle which I purchased 3 years ago, Best service ever recieved from a company, it was such a breeze dealing with Giselle and Chanelle, thank you for the great service

Pathetic untruthful people
They fail to honour their warranties.... Blame load shedding, blame the clients, everyone is to blame but they will not take responsibility for their poor products

exceptional service
Had such a amazing service from MIT Mak motors today, bought my work horse from them, had a problem with my vehicles alternator, they simply sorted everything out and it was a breath of fresh air to find such compitent people at the crm department

beyond tiered of trying to get back my deposit, it's been almost a month since the booking was canceled, they proceeded to send a email explaining that the refund was authorized and I'll receive my refund within 72hours yet nothing received!!!???

I have had my car for almost 3 years now, which I purchased from MIT Mak motors, had problems with the Vehicle, I took the vehicle to them, they fixed the problem and everything was PERFECT again... thank you MIT Mak motors for your amazing service.

OUT RIGHT PATHETIC
good evening when I took out the policy I made it clear what I wanted and now when it's time to claim they state that it's not the policy I have... not my issue want the policy I specified in the call I have had the most appauling service from insecure Africa, when I ask for the consultants name who assisted me they refuse,when I ask for the contact number they deny me 4 times. the person assisting me has no passion for what they do and do not know the meaning of service... I want a call back before 10 am tomorrow 12/10
