Not feeling very confident that they are ethical and customer focused after submitting a simple windscreen chip repair claim to them.
Service (car servicing) is unprofessional, no care attitude when things go wrong which is often, technicians/mechanics don't take pride in their work, management don't want to fix this they seem to be happy with the low standards, communication between different departments doesn't exist, you tell the service advisor what needs to be attended to on your car and the message doesn't seem to get shared/communicated through. Last service I got home with oil spilled all over the engine, a windscreen wiper water bottle cap missing, clips for my carpets missing, and the lights that they state on the invoice that have been checked but I still had blown bulbs so it's just talk/bs that they check things on a service! Find somewhere else to do servicing.
Unethical, no customer service to speak of, bad attitude from staff, cars not up to scratch, take money for anything they can at ridiculous prices stating ridiculous reasons, if you think they make money and that their business model is renting cars think again, there's a whole business on the side going on with your deposit.
Answer the phones, answer the emails, get me 1 point of contact so I can interact with someone without having to repeat my story 20 times and counting....Fix your delivery processes with 3rd parties, stop being greedy by wanting to stock everything under the sun through 3rd party suppliers and couriers to which Makro has no control over and here I sit with a paid for order that has not been delivered to me, I'm trying to deal with Makro to sort it out on a daily basis but it's impossible to get through to anyone that can resolve it and give me updates.
Requested for services to be cancelled on the 3rd of May 2018...still going on for 4 months and counting and no news on cancellation...........but of course I still receive a bill every month asking for payment. Pathetic to say the least.
