I have been using Checkers Sixty60 since its inception. I used to tell everyone what a great app it is and that all my groceries is bought through this app. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Since I started using the app it has changed where I get my groceries from 3 times, and each time it just gets worse. Basic items are never in stock. For more then a month now I have tried to buy 7- up free (2l). It does not even appear on the app any more. So I have tried Sprite Zero (2L) ..... no stock..... Coke no sugar (2L)....no stock. Potato salad - No Stock Garlic bread - No stock Low-cal G****fruit - not even an option Should I continue? Then comes a new app....yay now I can buy from Checkers Hyper. Everything I want is in stock.....I managed to buy my 7-up free!! I could order the low-cal g****fruit....the universe is once again aligned......then 3 days later the app informs me the Checkers Hyper near me has closed down and I can no longer order from them. Checkers Hyper Centurion is 5.4km from me. You want to tell me it has closed down? Checker Hyper Forest Hill is 8km from me... I guess that also closed down. I am so disgusted with Checkers that I am now ordering from Pick and Pay.
I would like to thank Tracker for their professional and prompt service in assisting to recover my stolen vehicle within an hour from activating the tracking device. They communicated with me regularly to inform me whether the vehicle had been recovered. I never thought I would get it back. The device was installed 15 years ago and 3 days ago I needed it for the first time and it worked. Thanks again!
If you want to know how to run a business - go learn from Takealot. Best customer service ever. They COMMUNICATE!!!!! That is most probably the most important thing. You always know where your order is. You can review what was purchased in the past. Their website is easy to use. I do not even mind if my order is delayed (Which hardly ever happens) because they COMMUNICATE!!! They also under promise and over deliver in most instances. Thank you Takealot for your awesome and trustworthy service.
Do not order from this company. They simply do not deliver and also do not communicate. At the time the order was placed I was asked for a delivery time on Sunday and they never pitched up. No communication. Then saw on website deliveries were postponed. Waited again the next Sunday - still no show and no communication. Been waiting nearly 3 weeks to be refunded. I would like to give them -5 stars. Go learn from Takealot how to run a business!
On 2 September I received my new cellular phone and I purchased a cover for it which was R780. About a week later when someone was looking at my phone they noted that the plastic clips on the cover was cracked and busy coming apart. Since I did not drop my phone I found this surprising. I took the cover back to the MTN shop and was told MTN cannot exchange it, they would have to contact the manufacturer of the cover. They took pictures and promised me someone would contact me the next Monday. It is now 2 weeks later and no one has contacted me. The plastic clips are now completely broken - just from every day use of the phone. For R780 i expected the cover to at least last more than 4 weeks! And I expect to be called.
I wonder if companies realize how much money they loose due to incompetent staff. Around 2 years ago i downgraded my Cellular contract and i did not take a new phone. I was told that i could at any time (after 3 months) upgrade my contract again. Now i want to upgrade my contract from R250 per month to around R610 per month and I am told I have to wait for my upgrade date which is 1 September. It is only 5 days but i am going on vacation and would have liked to do the upgrade before I go. So for 5 days you will still only get R250pm while you could have gotten R610pm. And I may just consider changing provider and then you will get nothing.<br> <br>
