Stop ordering from this company, they are taking your money but not supplying the goods. I have laid charges of ***** against this company.

Maxidor promises 10-15 working day delivery, it's more like 25-30 workings days. Security gate installed without additional keys last Wednesday. I was promised delivery of additional keys by Celia last Friday. ( Nothing). Spoke to Max on Tuesday promised delivery of keys by Wednesday. (Nothing). Spoke to Celia on Wednesday, promised delivery of Keys on Thursday.( Nothing). Spoke to Celia on Thursday, promised delivery of keys first thing Fiday morning. ( You guessed it, still nothing. ) A whole week of promises. Can't complain about customer service, there is none.
Payment sysytem does not work, staff to stupid to take down e mail address, repeated my e mail address 6 times, still could'nt get it. Woolworths employ intellegent people and fix your system.
Ordered R588 worth goods, delivered one box of banana's R33.00 plus R35.00 delivery plus R20 Drivers tip. Total R88.00 for one box of banana's. No calls to say goods out of stock- nothing. Pick n Pay you are not up to standard, close ASAP down, its a joke.
Bought a WiFi receiver, what was advertized and what I received were two different things, after many lies I finally approached Consumer Protection, that is my advice to anyone who are having issues with this company -- go straight to Consumer protection. I'm still waiting for a credit, 7 months and waiting.
Product advertized as "SSD DRIVE for laptop or desktop", with pictures. When I received the order it was a Flash Drive, ( SDXC) supposedly? but erxtremely slow. The company practices fraud on an extremely large scale. I have bought 4 items in the last 3 months and not one of the items bought is what was advertized. I bought a drilling machine and received a drill bit.... etc. BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY ON THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered 6 Golf Shirts Online. 5 were correct, one was incorrect size. I asked Woolworths on line to exchange the Golf Shirts. I was sent the following."Thank you for your email and your online order. Unfortunately, our delivery partners are not authorised to accept goods for return. You may exchange or return items purchased online to any Woolworths store for a full refund or replacement. Items should be returned in a saleable condition within 60 days of purchase. You will be required to present your dispatch note (received with your delivery) and the original tax invoice (emailed to you when your order was processed) to the Customer Services Assistant. Unquote. My Reply. " Thanks for your response, however why must I be inconvenienced by the incompetence of your staff? Why don’t you have quality control checks to ensure that the goods ordered online are the correct items packed? What is the point of an Online Service if you don’t have a return goods service, especially when it’s due to the incompetence of your staff? I am 71 years old, hence the reason for shopping online, to avoid catching Covid 19. There will not be a vaccine available in 60 days, so I must risk going to your store to change something that you packed incorrectly. You should not be in the Online business if you don’t offer the complete package of services. Please pass this e mail to your Management and ask them to arrange delivery of the correct item. Unquote. If you cannot or will not supply the full Online Experience then you do not belong in the Online Business.
