Takealot needs to review their Dr delivery service, honestly......you take off from work to have a parcel delivered but then the driver never pitch up....total waste of time.....I think that a time and date schedule would sort out this entire mess. On another note if you place an order and a few mins later you wanna add more items then you end up with 3 different delivery people.......please step up the game, you guys have been at it for a while
Subway Canal walk shopping centre in Cape Town has the worst service... There doesn't seem to be a proper system... The people making the sandwiches keeps on leaving the counter to see to other people... I stood in the queue for about 30 mins to get a sandwich and by the time I got it the melted cheese was cold.. What a waste of time.... I must say that the ingredients of the sandwich was good though
The flavour wasn't bad but I was completely shocked at the portion size...for the price it was unacceptable honestly, the sirloin steak was like minute steak, very tiny and literally 3 potato wedges... It just felt like daylight robbery... For R155... You should be ashamed for ripping people off like that.
It's been day 3 now of trying to get hold of a customer service agent. I called multiple numbers, waited in the queue for 20 mins at a time, no answer...tried the WhatsApp route but they are offline for maintenance. I sent an email as well but no response. I ordered an item online and they didn't have it, the instructions on the email said to either contact them via email or telephone to either change it for something else or have my account credited. I am unable to get hold of anybody at MRP and the manager at the store told me that their systems are not linked and I can only sort out the issue online. Pleeeeeeease! somebody contact me so I can have my account credited for the item you did not have in stock!
Ordered the chicken and waffles to day but it tasted more like onion rings and waffles... 8 tiny thin chicken strips and a bucket of onions... The recipe should definitely be tweaked... Because the waffles were amazing and the onion rings were good but the chicken were so disappointing I thought that I'll get lots of juicy tender chicken but, unfortunately that wasn't the case... Please reconsider the portion of chicken because I love the restaurant it is such a good vibe
Rosanna Kinloch strikes again! it seems this Discovery consultant is notorious for doing half investigations and terminating people's memberships, today I faced her wrath after a phone call out of the blue, asking if I saw a doctor for anxiety and depression before and wanted the name of the doctor and since when I started seeing the doctor. She didn't bother asking what my previous visits was for and just assumed that it was for anxiety and depression, meanwhile it was for a bladder infection. she never bothered to ask the doctor for my consultation records as evidence to back the claims that she is making, zero proof but just by word of mouth she decided to terminate my membership. This is the epitome of poor customer service and no real investigation, she decided that it was an open and shut case in a matter of not even 5 mins I went from having medical aid to having zero cover. I will politely save my monthly payments and pay for my doctor's visits in cash
Food portion sizes are so small and heavily overpriced even for the location, watered down drinks... For such a beautiful venue and relaxed atmosphere the food and drinks are extremely disappointing
Had a pizza....my usual bt it was the first time at this branch.....my order was a Moroccan Chicken pizza....first of all....there was hardly any chicken on there, more coriander leaves then anything else, usually there's also a cucumber salsa as stated in the menu...I think I saw some dried out cucumber. My rasberry teapot was suppose to have some fresh mint....zero mint in sight.....their food don't come cheap so when I choose to come to a primi I at least expect. Them to invest their pricey menu into the food that they serve....Im pretty sure I'll get more chicken on my pizza if I ordered from Romans or Debonairs!....Super disappointing Primi and I love your restaurant atmosphere so much.....pity about the lack in food quality.....makes your menu and its pictures seem like lies cos that's not what gets served #falseadvertising #thumbsdown
