We bought a Henwood bed from Bedworld. 2x mattresses in 18 months sagging/top layer pulling apart. Bedworld just basically passed us on to Henwood and now and again contacted us, were supposed to send a independent inspector? Still waiting and now we are getting bull dosed by Henwood. Bedworld received their money so, they are quite happy. Our personal recommendation, warranty means NOTHING. We will never buy another bed from Bedworld.
Can't believe these people have any stars what so ever. 2x 9 months new mattresses. Expert said our imagination, sagging as well as top layer loose, factory says will repair at our cost. If expert is right what is factory going to repair? Last mattress discontinued as well. Please read your warranty - as far as we concerned it means NOTHING. We offered to fly CEO to JHB to spend the night on this bed. So far.. nothing .. Their ad states their family name means everything to them? As far as we are concerned, they are not helpful and there is not after sales service what so ever,
Phone calls in our area drops or we do not receive calls at all. It shows "No Service" , but sometimes we can still sms without "Service"
I contacted AEG approx 10 August 2017 for repairs to my gas stove. According to what I understand they have a internal problem with AEG and or Electolux stock. I am still waiting....., please can somebody come fix my stove?? If they don't care about after sales, is there any reason why one should even buy AEG or Electrolux products?
<p>Hi all,</p> <p>I had a accident on 3 Aug‘16. Car was towed & accessed after +- 2 weeks. Value of damage was over R230k</p> <p>First for woman advised me to use Re-new It panel beaters as that was there preferred panel beater.</p> <p>After +-9 week of having the car, a list of faults were found,(panels of car not lining up, chassis has been worked on, poor workmanship and may more, there is over 26 faults) meeting was called with First for Woman accessors and Re-New It team as this was unacceptable workmanship.</p> <p>Car went in again for the 26 faults from 3rd Oct‘16 and still waiting return of car</p> <p>The car has a visible lean to the right front PLUS panels not lining up. I still believe that the chassis is bent, as i have mentioned numerous times to check the chassis</p> <p>I have had no feedback on my car to date, as i have to call everyone myself every second day.</p> <p>I have received hire car only for 10days, yet Re-New It has my car now for over 11weeks and still no answer on when the repair will be done</p> <p>Overall comment poor service from both insurer and panel beater.</p>
