I am a regular shopper at Checkers and have no complaints normally. I have frequented Kenilworth and Plumstead branches 6 times since December and tried to purchase Quiche Loraine for my son who is a picky eater. They never had stock. I was in Plumstead on Saturday 31 Jan and asked the gentleman to please check in the back - Nothing. So is there someone who monitors inventory and monitors that the demand for this product is high and increase the order. It is a popular product, why is not been ordered in bigger quantities.
I have been a client of Nedbank for 3 years since my homeloan sits with them. I have a tax free unit trust (educational plan) with Nedbank. I have queries with regards to withdrawal. Called the call Centre this morning was put through 6 different people no one seems to know where I am supposed to be transferred to. How appalling? Is there no training done with the staff
I bought a couple massage voucher with Mood Beauty. Tried to make an appointment with Mood, no one answers the phone at all. Eventually made the appointment online. Then a few days before the appointment date, I recieve a message that the appointment has been cancelled. No call no reason just CXD. Now I am trying to exchange my voucher to another business who understand customer service and cannot get hold of WIKIDEALS. What type of operation is this. I mailed WIKI 4 x with the new voucher details that I would like to exchange it for still no response.
When you try to cancel the service they ignore your chats who runs this place. The service is pathetic
I have been trying to downgrade my service since last thursday. Went in the whatsapp group was told on 2 different occasions someone would call me back. Time lapses and the chat ends. This is not the first time I have tried to reach them. Service is pathetic. Can someone please call me so i can diwngrade this service. Your rates are rificulous
IDS HYYP. I am writing this as i call in, get cut off, no one calls me back etc. We have an APP that is linked to ADT. My app is been offline since January 2025. This is really worrying as I cannot arm the house from my phone, receive no notifications. etc etc. I had a technician over and the battery replaced. The App is still offline. What do i do. I refuse to pay for another technician. I need some with great technical skills to please call me and rectify this immediately. There is issues with the APP it seems. Can ADT not work to resolve this matter immediately

Omart a subsidiary of Old Mutual has been so pathetic with their communication of cell phone insurance. Their team leaders never call you back. Was involved in an accident on the 9 June. Phone was damaged. Access amount paid. paid too much waiting for refund. Still don't have a phone. No one calls you back and communicates. Whilst dealing with fractured ribs I must must deal with *********** agents who desperately needs customer relations training on how to communiacte. Its been a month with NO PHONE. How do we have these companies operate with no audits been done on their services. OMART gets a big 0 from me
