I won the classic or not competition on November 3rd 2023. After nearly 5 months I still haven't received my prize. I'm very disappointed to say the least.
I received phenomenal service from Dimakatso Mokoena yesterday. Service like this will ensure that I always remain a Miway client. A real people's person. You are truly AMAZING!! Keep it up!!!
I settled my account with ADT. A debit order went off yet again after settlement. I want my money back and the debit order needs to be stopped.
I had to do a transfer to ADT yesterday morning. I loaded the acc details on FNB app and it forced me to use Public recipient. I used Public recipient and it wasn't showing the acc details beforehand. Now looking at the proof of payment the acc number is not matching the one I got from them. I phoned this morning, they haven't received payment. I am beyond stressed. I tried phoning FNB call centre twice and I just cant speak with a robot. Please help me.
Last night at about 22:20 when wanting to leave after seeing a movie, the Parking Pay stations weren't working and neither was the intercom at the booms outside. Being woman alone at that time of night, I was absolutely terrified especially since the security guards would not assist me. I asked about 3, and they gave me very feeble excuses or just didn't want to help me. It is disgusting how a person's safety doesn't matter. I must give a big thank you to Peter, security guard no. 4 who might have saved my life and ensured I could finally leave in one piece. I please ask of Cresta management to intervene in this matter. Just in case this might happen to someone else.
I am waiting 2 months for my line installation. I keep on receiving notifications saying \ a Telkom technician will come on this date, a Telkom technician has been dispatched etc\". <br> Nobody pitches! I phoned the call centre, one lady said to me we don't have a pole(which we do have btw) , that's why they don't pitch. <br> .. We ordered 2 hot dogs. We were waiting for 40 min only to be told they were out of stock. <br> Really bad Service!
