I have two user accounts for ABSA on my phone. One is my personal account, one is a business account for a company that I work for. I tried to make an online purchase, putting in my personal account card details. The authentication on my phone goes to the business account for authentication and wants to do the payment out of the company account. Select ***** option to let the bank phone me back. Long lists of options to go through. At last talk to a consultant. She can not help me. Give me a number to phone, which is not a toll free number. So the App is not working correct, but I should phone ABSA on my expenses to sort their App problems out. Pathetic!!!!
REVOV batteries repair centre in Roodepoort helped us to sort out our problems with our batteries with which we had months of problems to try to sort out through our installer. The installers make one believe the warranty lies with them, but it do not! Best is to contact the repair centre yourself. They are so helpful. They can log in to your batteries trough any desk and check the health of your batteries. They helped us to correct our inverter settings so it do not harm the batteries. After they did settings on our batteries and helped us to set our inverters to the correct charging settings, our system is working better than ever. They replaced our faulty batteries without any issues. I would recommend them strongly!
Bought a 3 kw wind turbine from them end of October. Garentees and after services was promised. According to their website they existed 15 years. The unit did not supply any power. After many complaints, they send us a letter that they are going to replace the controller box, but the shipping will take 3-4 weeks. That was supposed to be here before closing for the Christmas season, so we were waiting for the new year to begin. The letter also promised that they will arrange with the developer in America for a visit to see why the turbine keeps on changing direction, as soon as it picks up enough speed to charge. We were sending reply emails to them from last week, but it gets back undelivered. So we tried to phone them, no answer. The rep, Meyer that visited us said he is not working for them any more. Another contact we had André, claims he's not working for them the past 4 years. so I opened Hello Peter and see lots of complaints now, that they closed down. I will contact the Consumer protection Act.
What a pleasure to do business with these guys! Constantly following up from quote till after installation. Problems with system after installation sorted out without any issues. Monitoring of the system from their side on a app is a great plus. Products they use are approved by insurance companies. They have all their papers and paperwork in place. Professional service from start to end. Highly recomended!
I want to give a huge Thank you to all the staff at Northam Limpopo Clicks. My husband's prescribed Clicks direct medicines are delivered there monthly. They keep the parcel for me and even the security lady at the door once called me when I passed there from another shop, to tell me my parcel did arrived. Clicks Northam's personal are always friendly and willing to help. I get my husband's medication from Clicks direct. It is delivered at Northam Clicks monthly. If any of the personal see me they asked if I've got helped or they call the manager to assist me with my collection. Always friendly.
Bought a fridge/freezer on makro online on 29/01/2020. Followed up by e-mail on 10/02/2020 with online support with no response, called online support on 10/02/2020 who could not assist. Followed up again on 13/02/2020 with online support. At second try get some sort of help. They do not have stock! Went personally to Makro Wonderboom where they say my order lies. Not very helpful or willing to try to be helpful. Went personally to Makro Silverlakes. They tried their best to get hold of Wonderboom and arrange with them to deliver us another similar fridge/freezer of the same size the next day. In meantime keep up following up via email with support centre. No stock. Wait for stock. It is 17/02/2020. Still no fridge. Went to Silverlakes again today for help with attorney. Again promise for delivery tomorrow. Bottom line: Stay away from Makro online shopping!
Ons het 'n data -rekening van oor die R400 in des gekry. Pieter en sy vrou Wilmien het die probleem op die sisteem herstel, maar Jan'15 kry ons weer 'n data rekening van oor 'n R1000. Weereens het hulle die regte data op die sisteem ingesit, maar Feb'15 was die data rekening oor die R3000. Pieter het 'n \complain"opgestel en deurgevoer. Autopage het ons middel Apr gekontak met die blye nuus dat hulle R4897.42 op ons rekening gaan terugskryf. <br> <br> Baie dankie vir al jou geduld"
Ek het omvattende versekering op my huis teen byna die helfte goedkoper deur my makelaar gekry wat al my ander korttermyn versekering hanteer. Ek het ABSA 'n e-pos gestuur om my versekering by hulle te kanselleer. Hulle het per e-pos gereageer en gese hulle kan dit slegs kanselleer, sodra hulle my nuwe versekering se volle polis ontvang het en dit goedgekeur het. Om dit te bekom, moes ek die huis op my nuwe versekering byvoeg. Dit is 16/02/2015 gedoen en ek het 17/02/2015 die volle polis aan ABSA gestuur. Nou kry ek verder geen reaksie van hulle nie. Ek het weer op 09/03/2015 die polis deurgegee. Geen reaksie. Ek weet nie of my versekering nou by ABSA gekanselleer is en of ek dubbeld verseker is nie. ABSA reageer nie verder nie.
I Bought a stand in Botrivier, just to discover it was way overpriced and over valued by the municipality. After selling it at last for R25 000, after buying it for R198 000, just to get rid of it and the municipality bill every month, the municipality bill kept on coming. Then I didn't receive any bills for months , so I thought at last they discovered that there's a new owner, ( I contacted the attorneys that handled the case also) just to receive all at once. The Post Office's strike was the reason. I contacted them sever all times, promises that they will contact me back, and again and again. At last I contacted the attorneys that handled the case again. At last the feedback was that they are sorry, they changed to a new system and they made a mistake with the final statement, so I must pay another R612. They made the mistake, no one contacted me to explain. I had to have months of trouble and costs to find out what's the problem. The attorneys: Vorster and Steyn in Hermanus also just ignored my last e-mail to them. They had there money, don't worry about mine. I've paid the municipality a total of R615 just now, to prevent another bill for rent of maybe R3.
