Complaint: There is on going Construction on site that is very noisy and dusty that seems to continue 7 days a week from 8am-5pm. Compliments: I can say that the Nurses and Staff and Glenmarks Clinic are in a level far above any of the other places. They are calm, helpful, understanding, and generally a pleasure to deal with. I would like to highly recommend them to anyone. The Clinic itself, excluding the construction, was lovely with lots of room for patients to wander (Gardens, Lounges, etc..)
Whether it's Uber Go or UberX, this is a shout out about the great experience I have always received from Uber in KwaZulu-Natal. I struggle to understand why so many complain. Maybe it is because I smile and am be polite to the Drivers, thank them when I am at my journey's end, and give a tip. The Drivers are always polite to me and try to give me good service. If it is an Uber Go, Idon't expect the car's interior to be perfect. My only expectation is that I get to my destination in reasonable comfort and time and I have never been disappointed.
I was with VOX Telecom on Vumatel Fibre. I cancelled my Vox service and had confirmation that the service was released/Cancelled on January 5th 2023. My New ISP, Afrihost, has been trying to connect me on Vumatel since then. Vumatel Line still shows it is allocated to another Service Provider. On January 12th 2023 I am Still Waiting for Vumatel to wake up after their New Year Hangover and finally update the Fibre Status.
I have been plagued with bad service from VOX in the last year. I finally gave my notice to cancel my service, on 27th November 2022, for the 31st December 2022. My ISP service was cancelled on the 30th December. They collected my Router (Given in 2018) on the 3rd January 2023. the Status of my account is "Cancellation in Progress" and they have still not released my Vumatel Fibre Line so that I can connect with Another ISP. Multiple requests to find out why are unanswered.
When my Contract was due for renewal, I was repeatedly called with offers for Renewal. When I explained that I was looking around, they would call me back twice a week to try and get me to renew my contract. The final straw was when I was in a Meeting (Online) I was called again, I said that I could not talk and was in a meeting, and put down the phone. 30 seconds later I was called again by the same lady, agent, as if I had never spoken to her. I have requested that my contract be cancelled, I am fed up.
