It's actually a big fat ZERO! Not even a 1! I have had endless hell with this insurer, who works on behalf of Ooba Insure - so if you looking to insure anything, please save yourself the anxiety, stress and headache and go somewhere else. The worst customer service, The worst response time, The worst excuses ever! I am still waiting for my promised payment on a claim that was supposed to be paid out three weeks ago, This after more than a year of aggravation, frustration and anxiety. You don't even want to know how long I have been battling with the original claim, setting aside this final piece of being paid out! Every week there is a different excuse. I have been emailing the monitoring Team leader Thulile Zwane for days, and I just get a flat ignore. This after I was told that the finance department originally had the wrong banking details and that the payment request was now completed with the correct banking details. On calling to speak to Thulile, I was told she is in a meeting, and apparently Kagiso (the alternative contact person) is in the same meeting. I apparently also can't get transferred to finance to find out where my payment is, because apparently there is no phone to transfer calls to in finance!! WOW, who are you trying to bull? Miss a payment and you will see how fast finance can call you! But I can transferred through to a team leader; and was consequently transferred to a gentleman by the name of Charlton. I have just received confirmation from Charlton that Thulile is currently finding out exactly where my refund is, and also received commitment from him that I will receive a respose from Thulile together with a proof of payment by this afternoon (17 March 2025). Lets see if he can at least keep to his word.
They have handed their insurance claims management over to 4-Sure who are the most *********** claims managers I have ever dealt with! And when you involve them they just casually pass the buck back to 4-Sure! Absolutely disgraceful - NO service what-so-ever!
The absolute worst STI Company I have ever dealt with! They NEVER get back to you timeously! They ALWAYS have 20 excuses! You have to BEG and BEG for service! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
Well what can I say - Vodacom are at it again - STEALING DATA! I honestly don't know why ICASA does nothing about this. Vodacom claims that I used 20gb of data on a constant 60 hour connection to the internet. I don't know who they trying to fool, but it ain't me. Who sits on an internet connection for 60 hours non stop? Definitely not me, a 52 year old who lives alone, and who switches off any electrical device when going to bed. Get your admin in order Vodacom - your rating is atrocious!

I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. This is actually pathetic! I cancelled my contract telephonically on 30 November 2017 at 12H00. Virgin Active been deducting a premium every month! I sent them an e-mail on the 14th of March and to date no-one has bothered contacting me! They are a bunch of thieves
Multichoice has overcharged me almost 50% of a full months subscription and they rebute such claims and don't keep to their promises that a supervisor will contact me. They also refuse to give me their FM's contact details to whom I would like to lay a complaint. They are useless and provide a useless service.

I was charged for a 6 hour day together with consumables, where the cleaner was only at my home for 3 hours and used my cleaning materials. </p> <p>I received a mail from one Katy stating she noticed I did not make use of them again and if I had a probem to please let her know so that she could fix it or help iron out the problems. I responded to which I received an offer for a free service. I responded to the offer but heard nothing in response.</p> <p>Today I receive the same mail as the first mail I received!</p> <p>Do these people even know how to run a business?</p> <p>Absolutely NO customer service</p> <p>POOR POOR POOR</p>
