Do you not buy anything from this company. They had a Black Friday special around November last year. I saw some of their headboard that were quite reasonable priced. I then contact them on Instagram since I based in Cape Town. I did contact them with regards to the headboard since I was interested on buying it. Since I’m in Cape Town and they based in Johannesburg he told me that they were able to deliver in Cape Town via DHL. He ( the guy I’ve been talking to via WhatsApp & Instagram) said the price for delivery with DHL will cost me R1300, R 4500 for headboard in total R5300. He then sent me a quotation. I was undecided about the purchase since courier amount was too high and I remember he constantly called me (with landline number ) telling me that I should buy the headboard and said I should pay instalments. He said the instalment payment is what most people are opting for due to Covid-19 and financial constraints. I then opted to pay in instalments. I thought to myself let me support local businesses. I got a lot of missed calls from him, he contravenes me to buy the headboard. I then decided to pay 65% of wage R5300 and I told him I’ll pay the rest before end of December. In December I think was last week of December he then sent me a WhatsApp message again putting a lot of pressure on me asking me to make the last payment to complete the purchase. Please bear in mind that at this point I haven’t approved which fabric colour I want the headboard to be nor have I seen a complete product of the headboard (red flag I should have asked to see pictures of the headboard my mistake ). He told me that the headboard was ready to be delivered “Please settle the outstanding amount so I can close the order today”. I trusted him and I made the payment , so at this point I paid around R5300. Before making the payment I told him that I’m still on vacation therefore the delivery needs to take place when I get back to Cape Town. He said no problem we will sort it all out.The minute I got back from vacation, I told him as I was excited to get my headboard. I than sent him a message asking him what’s the estimated time of arrival for the headboard. He said on On Tuesday the 19th of January, I was so happy. On Monday something said asking him for tracking number because with DHL they keep tracking all of their parcels that are being sent out. DHL a very professional company that gives you that courtesy of sending an SMS and even calling you to inform you that they gonna come deliver on a certain day. He told me that as soon as he gets to the office he will send me the tracking number. At this point he wouldn’t even read my message like I would see his online on WhatsApp. I did try calling the office number which is ********** ( this landline number will be working from the 28th of January 2021 and ********** (Old landline number). The WhatsApp number doesn’t except phone calls , I tried calling him via WhatsApp call and he would literally declined the call just like that.He started not responding to messages and just ignore me as a client just like that. A client that paid in full and waiting for the product to be delivered. He made numerous excuses about sending me the tracking number. From he still waiting on the people in the office to send tot to him , to he will call me as soon as possible with a regards to my delivery. All of a sudden there is an office He’s referred too, when I made my first payment there was no mention of an office or rather any delays in sending me the invoice. Hewas quick with sending me the invoice telling me to make the payment as soon as pit as possible. Tuesday came no delivery was made and I made him aware of this. He said no as soon as l get to office he’s going to sort everything out and my headboard will definitely going to be delivered on today. Our only form of communication was via WhatsApp at this point . It got to a point where I got frustrated with his lies, I did ask him are you scamming me or not he said no they’re Legit company. I then decided to give him a deadline ,giving him some time to sort everything. On Friday 22nd of January he sent me a PDF Stating that the company has been going to difficulties with regards to deliveries for about 2 months ,customers complaining about them on helloPeter and on Instagram. As for the complaints they got on helloPeter this is what they wrote: “ Brand tarnishing : luxusion luxury furniture has been a A target of social media bashing as well as negative reviews on helloPeter. We have release the above letter to clear the name from any malicious claims that we running a scam. We also state that clients who have written a bad review on helloPeter or Instagram have come to their own consensus about us and have resolved the matter their way and clients who have done so will not be refunded of delivered they are good until they comments and reviews have been removed. Client can visit our warehouse of factory to inspect if the goods are being made. We will also request a social media as well as a hello Peter from every client we deliver to that has previously made malicious claim against.” They blocked all of us who have complained and there is no warehouse so where must their clients go view their products. On the above mentioned PDF they give you 2 options to resolve the problem: 1. Giving refunds 100% if they haven’t started making the furniture or 50% if they started making the furniture item. This will take 21days 2. Waiting for 6weeks from the date the pdf was for them to make your furniture item. I then responded to him and I told him that I’m opting for the full refund and I’ll go elsewhere. He then told me that “ Nonhlanhla honestly I’d prefer delivering your headboard because the 21 days it’ takes for us to refund you is the same amount of time it takes us to complete your work”. All of a sudden it going to take less time to make the headboard , from 6 weeks to 21 days . I told him no I’m done with them and that I want a full refund. He than said “ We running a business and we’ve explained what transpired and what went wrong and how we intend on resolving” Does this business run on them lying to Thier customers ? Does this company run on them scamming you for money and not giving you the item you purchased ? This guy let me on thinking that the headboard it’s on its way number one. Number two I’ve been patient with him I’ve paid him in total in total and still waiting for item I purchased. Something that people don’t understand when running a business is that you need to be honest need to be transparent to the clients. We also humans and do understand that there are problems in this world. I’m yet to receive my refund and I’m left with no choice but to report the matter. He blocked me on Instagram. I’m sure soon he will block me on WhatsApp. Be careful some people scam other people for living.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to use their services. I sent a parcel up to Jhb from Cpt , I’ve been waiting for more than 11 business days 4th June till to date 20th June. I tried calling them , no one answered. The was no communication or anything with any delays. They don’t care about their customers.

Please assist as Rewards Voucher has been debiting my account and i never gave them access to my account, I called them several times telling them to stop the debit order and they said there's no way they will give me my money back.
