been waiting for my refund from Makro Riversands since January, no one is able to resolve the issue, when i call them or when they call me they are always explaining the mixed up that was done between the ironing board order and the plug order but we are not getting to the solution, today the last call from the Riversands branch was from the very angry lady that was so unprofessional, she is acting as if it is my fault that the order were mixed up by Makro and immidiately after my call, she went and reject my order just to be spitefully. On the 17th of December 2024, I app**** for FNB PENSION BACKED LOAN to settle my standard bank home loan and it was approved on 29 January 2025 2:32PM ref number 805/2012869/01/2025 for R550 0000 with the credit life policy of R1 370.25 per month and the quotation was provided on email for me to sign. I enquired on email to Nomakhaya Runeli if I can remove the credit life and use my own and I asked why the loan is for 240 months and I app**** for 180 months and I requested the updated quotation. On the 30th of January 11:19 I received the email straight from Nomakhaya Runeli email with the new quotation of R151 500.00. I emailed Nomakhanya for clarity with no response. Since the application process started, I am not able to get through to her via the phone even if I ask her to call me on email, she doesn’t not call me. On the 26 of November 2024, I received bond pre-approval of R639 186.33 at 11.25% interest for 20 years with no deposit with other entity, why FNB is only giving me R151 500 only I qualify for more because this is PENSION BACKED LOAN and my credit score is at 691. I am very frustrated with FNB because I’m their customer for a very long time, but they don’t support me in any way. In OCT 2020 I app**** for vehicle finance and FNB did not provide a competitive quote and I ended buying the car using ABSA by the way my ABSA vehicle finance was paid up 2 years 5 months in advanced so you know FNB, my car is paid up, same thing happened with my home loan FNB failed again and I had to take the BOND with Standard Bank. Now FNB is failing for the 3rd time.
Amazon prime video is added on my contract for the amount of R29 by Telkom and it impossible to cancel it, i always go to content services to cancel the subscription with no success, I went to the Telkom store in Richards Bay and they couldn't assist, I tried from the first month when I bought the phone to cancel the service but I'm not winning, I called Telkom tollfree number with no help, now I'm stuck with no service that I don't need and Im paying R29 for
I have R97. 99 Reargentum debit order that I know nothing about debit my account every month. FNB charge R48 to reverse the debit order. They making money out of me. I can't even call this company as I don't know anything about them, when I search the internet... It is written that it a debit order **** company. I know FNB knows about this company but they not doing anything about it as they benefit reversal fees from these *****ulent debit orders
Worse ISP customer service is very *********** You can speak to 5 different consulted with no success, they real don't know what they are doing. I called on the 26 of August because my account was not debited until today I'm still resolving the same issue. Their turnaround time in resolving the issues is 15 days and above...
I have 2 transaction for MTN cellphone on 26 October 2023 it for R400 and R467 I called capitec and they advised that the amount cannot be reversed but I must call the merchant of which I don't even know who do I call, and I called their ***** department and i cannot be helped because the payment were done via online banking and approved on the app using the banking app pin, I DO NOT HAVE THE APP IT WAS DEACTIVATED LONG TIME AGO, I only use cellphone banking. I am told that the APP was ACTIVATED on the 27 of September but the pictures on the APP are not mine. CAPITEC ensured me that I AM NOT GOING TO BE REFUNDED ANYTHING AND IT IS NOT THEIR FAULTY. so I have just lost my R867 just like that.
FNB service stink, my 73 year old mother transferred the money to the wrong closed credit card account in April 19, she is been into the branch and been calling FNB and holding for hours and been transferred to all department without help. as I am writing this the consulted just hang up on us on the 48 minute 8 seconds call with no help, all these consultants I have been speaking with today agree that the money was not transferred back to my mother current account but I am not getting the solution to say when will be the money get transferred. what I have picked up from most of their consultants they have very bad service, no patience for clients at all. the trouble that my mother went through just to recover R1400 is now equivalent to R3000. she had to travel to dalton branch which 32 km from home, she had to make numerous calls to FNB using airtime with no help. I was put through legal department with no help, authorization department no help. MY MOTHER WANT HER MONET PLEASE PEOPLE I am a very disappointed FNB client as I am also banking with FNB for years now.
Vilamora bus was suppose to be here at 09h30 but the bus arrived at 12:15 and they denied to cancel my ticket and give the refund. as I was not going to get someone to pick me up when I arrive in Johannesburg at night since my initial bus was supposed to arrive at 15:45 because they are late the bus will now arrive at 20h00 and taxis will be finished by then.
I opened the business account with FNB and the FNB insurance of R183.32 was included without my concern, I called FNB and I was transferred and given the insurance department contact number and I have been calling this number non stop. the longest Ive waited for the call to be picked up is 45 minutes and NO ONE IS PICKING UP. clearly this is a sort of a scam and this is done on purpose so that they keep debiting your account every month
please remove debt review on my name, all other credit bureaus have updated my record except for Transunion. I dont want to find myself logging dispute and waiting for 20 days and nothing will be happen and I will be asked to log another dispute and wait for another 20 days.
