I had to return twice to get buttons on a pair of Jeans repaired. The first time the buttons did not align to the button holes. The second time the buttons did not line up on the fabric. I have now withdrawn the pants and will have to go somewhere else. They have the cheek to ask for payment up front and then did not want to refund immediately The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional Definitely do not recommend them
Autoboys missed 2 appointments with me to replace my windscreen and arrived an hour and a half late for the 3rd appointment - very inconvenient They said it takes 1 hour to replace the windscreen. They did the job at 7pm on Wednesday and it took 20 minutes. The job is defective. They have clearly rushed and not fitted the rain sensor properly so whenever I drive the windscreen wipers come on intermittently – we have no rain. When I called yesterday they said the manager would call back yet no one called I had to call again today. They have said they will follow up and refit the windscreen properly but have not responded

Discovery bank draw a debit order to pay your account and reflect the payment on the statement but only actually credit against the facility 5 days later What are they doing with my money while its out of my bank account and not yet credited and available on my card
Discovery Bank take debit orders to pay the credit card but then never credit the amount to the facility Try calling them - 20 minute hold time and then they just cut you off This is pathetic
Impossible to contact Discovery Bank telephonically They take forever to answer and when they do its likely you will be cut off and have to go through the whole process again. Clearly they have so many complaints they dont have enough call centre operators
Discovery Bank offered to transfer my credit card to their platform. The sales pitch was incomplete and has caused untold issues. They just cancelled my old Discovery Card even after advising they would leave it active. They now say they cant reactivate it. They want a whole lot of new requirements to merely transfer the cards Had I known this I would never have agreed to move.
Tried to reconnect and upgrade package but the first consultant who advised it was done never actually did anything The second consultant took in excess of 40 minutes and could not do the job. They said i do not have a debit order but have been paying y debit order for years Useless - no wonder they have to retrench their staff
Tuesday 1 December 2015 was my birthday and my family and I all come to the Codfather in Sandton for dinner.<br> <br> It was a really terrible evening<br> <br> 1. The Airconditioning was not working and it was uncomfortably hot in the restaurant.<br> 2. Our food took over an hour to arrive despite me asking twice on the progress.<br> 3. One person ordered a sole which was absolutely raw and had to be returned. The waiter acknowledged this. We cancelled the order and effectively I had to share with someone else.<br> 4. We ordered a desert as a birthday \cake"this too took 20 minutes to arrive.<br> 5."
On 16/10/15 at Game in Fourways I purchased chocolate bars. The prices on the shelf talker were R6.99 but when rung up at the till the price was R7.49 - 7.2% more.<br> <br> What if all their goods were priced this way??<br>
