A month ago a sharp rusted object went into my foot , so I went to the ER Linmed, they cleaned the wound and asked me i wanted stitches or glue ,so I chose glue , after which I got a tet**** injection, all went well , the following week I stared receiving the emails of what I owe the hospital as Fedhelath has not paid them , I contacted a consultant he said he will sort it out, a month later I still receive the ER account which has not been paid , on my medical aid option it stated EMERGENCY ER VISITS IS COVERED BY RISK!!!!! do your job you bunch of useless ******* , I have been a member for 12 years, I pay R9800 p.m. Now I have another claim im trying to upload for my daughter and the app keeps saying something went wrong "cannot upload claim" how convenient, cant uploaded through the app nor through the website . I suggest you get your retention department with someone senior to contact me ,im about done with your bs , if you dont sort this out im moving to your main competitor .
Have been going to rebel in Atlasville for the past 20 years , spend on average R6000pm there , have experienced second time now whenever the guy who works at the takeaway counter is his shift, you can forget getting any service from him ,greet him ,he ignores you, makes you wait for 20 min just to take your order , went there with my family this afternoon, wanted to get lunch , you wait and wait and nothing, black lady comes with her chicken gives it to cook it , he takes it and still ignores all white customers, this person has no place in customer service, it made the trip unpleasant, I ended going to food *****s market afterwards, will not step foot in rebel again for as long as that man is serving by the takeaway counter in the butchery. He clearly wakes up with chip on his shoulder and refuses to serve white customers ,yet black customers come in 10 min after me and he helps them instantly,while ignoring others ,looked for the manager at rebel to let him know ,he was nowhere to be found , asked the tellers to call the manager ,waited and waited and No one came , it appears you service is completely declined , it's actually unpleasant to shop there ,what a Pity as I have been going there for 20 years. Hope the owner reads this and takes action as clearly the manager is none existing ,clearly does not care.

6 months ago I sent cancellation form,along with all the relevant documents for 011 425 2758 RGS Batteries as we were moving premises and on the new premises Telkom said there is no copper line. The following month I received my last account statement which I paid and thought this is the end with Telkom. Unfortunately every month I am still getting billed for a service which DOES NOT exist. The line is non existent we are not on these premises the line was cancelled. I call Telkom every month explaining to them that the line was cancelled they say we can see that on our system and yet a month later same thing comes, not only that the bill escalates but it increases ,now its sitting on R4570,next month it will be R5500, is it that difficult to do your job TELKOM you are a useless company,stop bothering me ,the line is cancelled and the conversations are recorded.
Called to receive my annual TAX statement that I need to submit to SARS, No one can help me, "the computer is freezing", My supervisor is busy, We will open a ticket for you,etc etc, is it that difficult to serve your customers properly, very very disappointing POOR service, FYI I am still waiting for my statement reflecting my COMPANY DETAILS!!!! R Suleymanov id 8301086087180 Premier banking client,personal and business , there is a transaction where R2000 was transferred out of my personal cheque account to my credit card, and on the same day R2000 was deducted back out of my credit card and reversed in to my cheque account( but the running balance remains the same on the second transaction) , I did not do this transaction!!! 7 times I called FNB PREMIER , was transferred to technical support, did not help me, was transferred to FNB gold, was transferred back to FNB PREMIER ,then back to online banking , AND NO 1 WAS ABLE TO HELP ME,no one !!!! your staff is very poorly trained!!! ref: RG19092322028 LISTEN TO ALL the recordings regarding my issue, I WANT THIS RESOLVED ASAP!!! you were the best online banking ,now you cant even maintain your infrastructure or answer a simple question, who moved the money back, and why is my running balance not reflecting it!!!!
Joined a week ago, policy number 829559272 , was quoted R403.77, Received my policy with incorrect Total monthly premium showing R536, called they sorted it out, received my corrected policy with total monthly premium of R403.77, yesterday 2019.09.03 my account was debited with R536, WHICH IS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO!!! Today 2019.09.04 I called in the morning was talking for 15 minutes to a consultant who could not even get my details correct, she was insisting my name is Ramatula,or something, COULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL, asked to be transferred to another operator, did not happened ,"the manager is in a meeting" called dropped, Called again this time a guy answered ,was more professional ,he said he will speak to his manager , again 15 min waiting on the phone , complete silence, call dropped, CALLED AGAIN 3rd TIME!!!! guess what ? same thing, wait for the manager to fix it ,12 min on hold,call dropped, NO1 BOTHERED TO CALL ME OR TO FIX this!!! This is illegal , I did not agree my account to be debited with R536 , I am going to report you to the insurance Ombudsman , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURER TO ANYONE , worse service EVER!!!!
7 days no telephone for our business ( ********** 758) its a business line!!! Cannot receive nor make calls. I call everyday, your technicians dont fix the line but close the fault , what do you call this ???? The following day I call then you open a new fault , Useless company . Background Information: 2015.07.07 Regent insurance Policy number DIR148651POL was created . Vehicles under the policy are : 1-Ford Ranger DC 2-vw polo Both vehicles were inspected at glassfit- port Alfred (documents attached) Basic premium set at R3000 Details of driver all correct as per policy (original 2015.01.07) in the attachment . Occupation-Doctor/Dentist Months of uninterrupted insurance category 5 year or more.(as per original policy in the attachment.Claim free Group 5. Now all of the above are correct as per the policy DIR148651POL. 2017.August , The Ford was bumped by another car(driver) on the parking bay at Rosehill Mall Port Alfred, Very minor scratch on the bumper ,The other driver had driven into the Ford,(Surveillance video at security office). Personally I do not want to claim , as there is nothing wrong with my car, the other driver insists he did not drive into the Ford but rather the other way around, Surveillance was looked that shows that the Ford was not at fault. I simply contacted my insurance (REGENT) for advice as to what to do and received the shock of my life: They sent me an email (no advice was given or any help provided by them) the email contained my Policy , now here is where it gets interesting , my policy is DIR148651POL(as per attachment) , their policy dated 2017.09.01 is 359165 ? who the hell is this? This sounds completely illegal!!!!!, who changed the number of my policy and why? this was never authorised. Furthermore in my ORIGINAL policy DIR14851POL, the information varies, 1-Ocupation Doctor/Dentist -new policy occupation uknown 2-Old original policy Work address South well Road,Port Alfred, New policy -unknown 3-Old original Policy Claim free group 5, -new policy 0 4-OLD original POLICY Months of uninterrupted insurance 5 years or more , new policy 7-12 months. 5-Old original Policy Car inspection done , new policy states we never did a car inspection 6-Old original policy Basic excess R3000 , new policy R8000. 7-old ORIGINAL policy Start date 2015.01.07 , new UNKNOWN POLICY 2017.09.01. Total amount paid to date R15 663.66+ PREMIUM FOR THIS MONTH. according to REGENT we are currently not insured. This is gross negligence on REGENT's part, completely illegally have changed my policy without my consent, and basically robbed me of R15 663.66 as my original policy that I agreed to on 2015.01.09 has been amended/non existent, without my consent. I would like to hear what steps will be taken against REGENT as this is a clear example of Fraudulent/Unfair insurance practices. This same letter will be posted on Hello Peter as well as social media to expose how REGENT conducts their business. I would not recommend this insurer to any one. I have been scammed. Their response was" we were updating our systems"and an email was sent, when was it sent 2 weeks ago? 2017.09.01. CROOKS. Hows the updating of a system cause all my details to be incorrect?!!!!! AVOID REGENT LIKE THE PLAGUE, you will be throwing your money away!!!!
