I have been a customer of cell c for the past 14yrs + and I haven't been finding joy with their service, I have 2 cell phone contracts plus 1 Sim card (data) contract with them.. I was due for an upgrade in March 2021, I did the upgrade and up until now in September I haven't received anything, and I when I followed up with them, I found out that I have been billed for whatsapp and for other services which I didn't even agree to! They are deducted all those monies but I don't receive the service for what I'm paying for. They recently sent me a message stating that I must pay R2100+ which I queried and that's when I found out that I was being overcharged and for something which I didn't assign to.. And now that I took reversed my money they decided to suspend my services!! But no one has came back to me to tell me about the reason for all this overcharging and the fact that I haven't received any phones that I upgraded to! Because when I spoke to Nthatisi who is the Agent I asked her to Escalate the matter for me and no correspondence has been done but such a drastic decision has been taken! Helo Peter I really need Cell c to be dealt with ASAP!! Since it's not the first time I wrote a review (complain) about them
I've worked until my balance was $2552.05 and when it's supposed to pay off I didn't receive anything
We as Helping-handz npo, we've been victimized at the center, we've been told that we will be chased at the center and that the forum that is in the center wants to take me out of the center and this was we were told by the center manager and we have that on record and today there was supposed to be a meeting but I was shocked to find that our plates and cups were thrown in the dustbin by members of the forum and amongst the things that were thrown outside, there was an electric appliance, the center is being managed by pearl manqele whom when I came to asking for an office she said I needed to write a letter, which I did and I came back when she phoned me to come and occupy the office I asked for a lease agreement which up to now we still don't have after occupying the office for over 7 months, I followed up until now and I still don't have it but we are being told plenty things, and our employees are being harshly spoken to.... The complain is about Transnet community center in Thokoza, how are we expected to work if we will be told that we will be chased in the office and people ganging up against us... We really appreciate the offer being given to us to occupy the container as an NPO, we see more than 300 to 500 people in which those people are community members and upon doing that it becomes a problem. Can we please be assisted with this and all that I'm asking for us to work in peace and do what we supposed to do. Kind regards Helping-handz Team
I had a very bad service from one of the manager at shoprite liquor, her name is Nomsa msimango here at Thokoza, she is very rude, and full of attitude, I would really appreciate it if she can be dealt with.
I'm suffering from a chronic illness (Graves desease) and have been recently diagnosed with bipolar I was given a form to take to sassa by my doctor so that I can get grant and it was rejected with no reason given to me and that was in April it's only today that I was told that I needed to query it before 90days and that has passed the sassa here at khumalo street thokoza

I Abraham Serame Mofokeng with ID Number : ********** 960080, am the current owner of the stand that is situated at 258A Namahadi Frankfort Registered under Mafube municipality, my Father by the name of Tefo Isaac Mofokeng who is late, he passed on in 1994 left the house under my name in which i was made aware of in 2006/2007 i went to the municipality only to find that the house had accumulated some debt and according to my knowledge that debt was supposed to be cancelled as i was the new owner and since 1994 there was no one residing at the house there was no water neither electricity the house had to no roofing, it was only the wall, i was told by the employees that the debt will be cancelled and ill start afresh, to my surprise my wife received a call from a lady who said she was calling from the municipality saying that the house owes +/- R180 000 my wife questioned that how come there's so much outstanding debt, the lady who phoned said there's a mistake and that matter will be resolved and will send an email with the correct amount, we phoned and sent emails no one came back to us up until today.. how am i expected to pay for something i know nothing of and i'm still unemployed and have supporting documents to prove that i'm currently unemployed. i can be contacted on ********** 787. i'd really appreciate it if Helopeter can assist me with this matter i know that you've helped plenty people.
good day, my name is Nthabiseng i'm a patient at baragwanath and i'm suffering from thyrotoxocosis graves and have had 2x episodes of Thyroid Storm attacks that landed me in high care and was very bad i thought i was dying, recently had an ablation done and after i began having trouble breathing while sleeping, voice is gone, feeling very tired and week and my thyroid gland swollen as well as choking while sleeping, fatigue and pains in my knees, abdominal pain and bleeding while passing urine so i decided to go to the emergency department on the 16.10.2018 i registered and was taken to Dr Picochi (not sure if spelling is correct because he wasn't wearing his name tack) i gave him my file which has information that need to see exactly what he is dealing with but he no! there's no need to look at it and sent me to Lilian Ngoli (bara clinic) where a lady Dr who didn't have any form of identification said to me she can't help me i'll have to go back to Bara, i went back to Bara and i was sent back to the clinic again a white male Dr who also didn't have any identification on who went through my file and explained that they are a clinic and which such problems i need to be checked by specialists not them they are not equipped to handle such, i went back to Bara to Dr Picochi whom i explained myself and made him look at my file a explained the symptoms i've been having he then said it's normal there's nothing wrong with me i must come to hospital on my next appointment date which is the 1st Novemeber 2018 and the problem is i'm not getting any better but worse instead! and another problem is i've been told to stop Neo-mercazol (medication) so as a patient who feels that this is not any better and can't seem to get help where i'm supposed to get help what do i do in this instance? so i'd really appreciate it if HELO Peter can help me with this matter
Good day i have a complaint with the above mentioned company with their bad service, my name is Nthabiseng Mofokeng with ID number : ********** 581086 i am married to Serame Abraham Mofokeng with ID number : ********** 960080 who is the actual client with Multichoice we paid R450 on the 27.09.2018 but to our surprise our services have been suspended and according to their self service and my knowledge the amount due is on the 1st november 2018 and the amount owed is R228+/- , so i'd really appreciate it if Helo peter could intervene as they've been of good help in the past and big up's to HELOPETER for the good job that you are doing please do assist people like us.. good day Bad service: i have a complaint with Multichoice, my name is Abraham Serame Mofokeng with ID number : ********** 960080 i am a customer and not happy with the service i've been getting at multi choice i'm subscribed for R368PM but i've been asked to pay R450 for almost all the months that i've been paying last month on the 27th Septermber 2018 i paid R450 but to my surprise my services have been disconnected i phoned them and my wife spoke to one of their agents who failed to identify herself and even hung up on me. i need multichoice to reconnect my services today! because i also did a self service which states that my next payment is due in November the 1st for R228 so i need this to be escalated and for the agent to be dealt with! i'd really appreciate it if this matter could be resolved ASAP!~ Kind regards A S Mofokeng ********** 787
In 2015 i went to nedbank to make a payment i was told that my account was handed over at smith and smith attorneys i phoned them and they couldn't pick up my name on their system and they took my details and said they will call me back a week later i phoned back and i was still told the samething and the next thing i received a letter of demand from the post office, now today in the morning at 6:10am i saw some papers on the street they were wet and when i picked the paper it was summons with my personal information, and we all know that people can take my Id number and other details and do whatever with it.
